철원교육지원청, 다양하고 안전한 학교급식 위한 역량 강화 연수 실시

철원교육지원청(교육장 최일호)은 9월 10일 철원교육지원청 3층 대회의실에서 영양교사와 영양사를 대상으로 ‘2026년 영양교사·영양사 역량 강화 연수’를 실시했다.

The Cheorwon Office of Education, headed by Superintendent Choi Il-ho, conducted a 2026 professional development program for nutrition teachers and dietitians on September 10 in the conference room on the third floor of the education office.

이번 연수는 미래교육에 부합하는 학교급식 운영을 목표로 마련됐으며, 학교급식에 활용할 수 있는 식용 장미를 이용한 장미 고추장과 장미 식초 만들기 등의 실습 프로그램으로 진행됐다.

The training was organized to support future-oriented school meal services. It included practical sessions on making rose-infused gochujang and rose vinegar using edible roses—ingredients that can be incorporated into school meals.

연수 참가자들은 새로운 식재료의 특성과 활용법을 직접 익히며 학교급식의 다양성과 품질을 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색했다. 이와 함께 식재료를 직접 만들고 체험하는 과정을 통해 정서적인 치유와 재충전의 시간도 가졌다.

Participants learned firsthand about the characteristics and applications of new ingredients while exploring ways to enhance the diversity and quality of school meals. The hands-on process also provided them with an opportunity for emotional relaxation and renewal.

연수에 참석한 한 영양교사는 “이번 연수는 미래를 이끌어갈 학생들에게 다양한 식재료를 활용한 더욱 건강하고 질 높은 급식을 제공하는 계기가 됐다”며 “특히 새로운 식재료를 직접 만들어보는 과정이 마음을 치유하는 뜻깊은 시간이었다”고 말했다.

“This training provided an opportunity to learn how we can offer healthier, higher-quality meals to the students who will lead our future by using a wider range of ingredients,” said a nutrition teacher who participated in the program. “Making these new food products ourselves was also a meaningful and healing experience.”

#최일호 교육장은 “학교급식 담당자들의 전문성을 높이고 학교급식의 안전성을 확보하기 위한 연수를 지속적으로 실시하겠다”며 “학생들에게 안전하고 건강한 먹거리를 제공할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

“We will continue to provide training programs that enhance the expertise of school meal professionals and ensure the safety of school food services,” Superintendent Choi Il-ho said. “We will make every effort to provide our students with safe and healthy meals.”
