2025 철원 직업박람회 ‘잡(Job)아라 드림(Dream)’ 개최

철원교육지원청(교육장 김상혁)은 9월 4일(목), 철원종합문화복지센터에서 관내 중학생 300여 명을 대상으로 2025 철원 직업박람회 ‘잡(Job)아라 드림(Dream)’을 성황리에 개최하였다.

On September 4 (Thursday), the Cheorwon Office of Education (Director: Kim Sang-hyeok) successfully hosted the 2025 Cheorwon Job Fair ‘Job-Ara Dream’ at the Cheorwon Comprehensive Culture and Welfare Center, with the participation of over 300 local middle school students.

이번 직업박람회는 철원교육지원청이 주최·주관한 행사로, 중학생들에게 다양한 직업 세계를 직접 체험하고 미래 진로 탐색의 기회를 제공하기 위해 마련되었다. 학생들은 전문가 강연, 직업체험 부스, 진로 상담 프로그램 등을 통해 자신에게 맞는 진로를 모색하는 시간을 가졌다.

This fair, organized and hosted by the Cheorwon Office of Education, was designed to allow middle school students to directly experience diverse career paths and explore future opportunities. Students engaged in expert lectures, career experience booths, and counseling programs to discover career directions that suited them.

                              전문가 강연

특히 ‘인공지능(AI) 시대의 직업의 변천’을 주제로 한 전문가 강연이 진행되어 미래 직업 환경의 변화와 준비해야 할 역량에 대한 학생들의 이해를 높였다.

In particular, a keynote lecture titled “The Transformation of Jobs in the AI Era” helped students better understand changes in the future job environment and the skills required to prepare for them.

또한 ▲직업체험부스 24개 ▲지역산업부스 10개 ▲진로·직업상담부스 5개 ▲진로설계부스 6개 등 총 45개 부스가 운영되었으며, 학생들은 다양한 직업 세계를 체험하고 전문 상담을 통해 구체적인 진로 설계를 할 수 있었다.

The event featured a total of 45 booths - including 24 career experience booths, 10 local industry booths, 5 career counseling booths, and 6 career design booths. Students explored a wide range of professions and received specialized guidance to design their own future career paths.

행사에 참여한 한 학생은 “직접 여러 직업을 체험해 보니 학교에서 배우는 것과는 또 다른 경험이었고, 앞으로 나의 미래를 위해 어떤 공부를 해야 할지 더 잘 알게 되었다.”고 소감을 밝혔다.

One participating student commented, “Trying out different jobs firsthand was a unique experience beyond what we learn at school. I now have a clearer idea of what I need to study for my future.”

김상혁 교육장은 “이번 직업박람회가 중학생들이 진로 탐색의 폭을 넓히고 미래를 설계하는 데 의미 있는 계기가 되기를 바란다.”며 “철원교육지원청은 앞으로도 철원 지역 학생들에게 실질적인 진로 교육의 기회를 제공할 수 있도록 노력하겠다.”고 밝혔다.

Director Kim Sang-hyeok stated, “I hope this job fair will serve as a meaningful opportunity for students to broaden their horizons in career exploration and design their future.” He added, “The Cheorwon Office of Education will continue to provide practical career education opportunities for students in the region.”
