“위기 학생, 더 이상 놓치지 않는다”… 평창교육지원청 ‘초강력 통합지원 시스템’ 본격 가동

Pyeongchang Office of Education Holds Appointment Ceremony and Regular Meeting for Student-Centered Integrated Support Committee

평창교육지원청(교육장 김금숙)은 3월 25일 오전 10시 30분, 교육지원청 2층 대회의실에서 학생의 조화로운 성장과 교육 기회 보장을 위한 ‘지역학생맞춤통합지원위원회 위촉식 및 정기회의’를 개최했다.

The Pyeongchang Office of Education (Superintendent Kim Geum-suk) held an appointment ceremony and regular meeting of the “Regional Student-Centered Integrated Support Committee” at 10:30 a.m. on March 25 in the main conference room, aiming to support students’ balanced growth and ensure equal educational opportunities.

이번 위촉식은 2026년 3월 1일부터 전면 시행되는 「학생맞춤통합지원법」에 따라 지역 단위 통합지원 체계를 구축하기 위한 것으로, 위원회 구성과 함께 위원들에게 공식 위촉장이 수여됐다.

The ceremony was held in accordance with the “Student-Centered Integrated Support Act,” which will take full effect on March 1, 2026. The committee was formally established, and appointment certificates were presented to its members.

이어진 정기회의에서는 △학생맞춤통합지원 대상 학생의 조기 발견 및 개입을 위한 지원 체계 구축 △평창형 통합지원 운영 계획 △기관 간 협력 및 업무 조정 방안 등이 주요 안건으로 논의됐다.

During the regular meeting, key agenda items included establishing a system for early identification and intervention for students in need, reviewing the Pyeongchang-specific integrated support operation plan, and discussing inter-agency collaboration and coordination strategies.

특히 이번 회의를 통해 학습, 정서, 돌봄 등 다양한 영역에서 어려움을 겪는 학생들을 보다 촘촘하게 지원하기 위한 지역 협력 기반이 강화됐으며, 위기 상황에 놓인 학생에 대한 신속 대응 체계도 한층 정비됐다.

In particular, the meeting strengthened the local cooperative framework to provide more comprehensive support for students facing challenges in learning, emotional well-being, and care, while also enhancing rapid response systems for students in crisis.

#김금숙 교육장은 “이번 위촉식과 정기회의를 통해 평창 지역 유관기관 간 협력체계를 더욱 공고히 했다”며 “학생 중심의 통합지원이 현장에서 실질적으로 작동할 수 있도록 지속적으로 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Superintendent Kim Geum-suk stated, “This appointment ceremony and meeting have further solidified collaboration among local institutions. We will continue striving to ensure that student-centered integrated support functions effectively in practice.”

이어 “학생들이 안전하고 건강한 교육환경 속에서 자신의 잠재력을 충분히 발휘할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 덧붙였다.

She added, “We will actively support students so they can fully realize their potential in a safe and healthy educational environment.”
