강원특별자치도교육청, 강원특별자치도학교안전공제회 신임 전봉주 이사장 임명

강원특별자치도교육청(교육감 강삼영)은 7월 9일 오후 4시 30분, 본청 2층 교육감 접견실에서 강원특별자치도학교안전공제회 신임 전봉주 이사장 임명장 수여식을 개최했다.

The Gangwon State Office of Education, led by Superintendent Kang Sam-young, held an appointment ceremony for the newly appointed Chairman of the Gangwon School Safety Mutual Aid Association, Jeon Bong-joo, at 4:30 p.m. on July 9 in the Superintendent's Reception Room on the second floor of the main office.

이날 수여식에는 강삼영 교육감을 비롯해 안전복지과장 등 주요 관계자들이 참석해 신임 전봉주 이사장의 취임을 축하하고, 학교안전공제회의 운영 방향과 발전 방안에 대해 의견을 나눴다.

The ceremony was attended by Superintendent Kang Sam-young, the Director of the Safety and Welfare Division, and other key officials, who congratulated Chairman Jeon on his appointment and discussed the future direction and development of the School Safety Mutual Aid Association.

신임 전봉주 이사장은 강원특별자치도교육청 예산과장과 행정국장을 역임한 교육행정 전문가로, 앞으로 강원지역 학생과 교직원의 안전사고 예방과 사고 발생 시 신속하고 공정한 보상 지원 등 학교안전공제회의 주요 업무를 총괄하게 된다.

Chairman Jeon Bong-joo is a veteran education administrator who previously served as Director of the Budget Division and Director General of Administration at the Gangwon State Office of Education. He will oversee the Association's core responsibilities, including preventing school accidents and providing prompt and fair compensation for students and school staff across the province.

#강삼영 교육감은 "최근 학교 안팎으로 안전한 교육환경 조성이 그 어느 때보다 중요해지고 있다"며 "신임 이사장이 풍부한 행정 경험을 바탕으로 학교안전공제회를 안정적으로 이끌어 교육가족 모두가 안심할 수 있는 강원교육을 만들어 주길 기대한다"고 말했다.

Superintendent Kang Sam-young stated, "Creating a safe educational environment, both inside and outside schools, has become more important than ever. I hope Chairman Jeon will draw on his extensive administrative experience to lead the Association with stability and help build a Gangwon education system where every member of the educational community feels safe and secure."

한편, 강원특별자치도학교안전공제회는 학교 안전사고 예방사업을 추진하고, 사고 발생 시 신속하고 적법한 보상체계를 운영하는 등 학생과 교직원의 안전을 지원하는 핵심 기관으로 역할을 수행하고 있다.

Meanwhile, the Gangwon School Safety Mutual Aid Association serves as a key institution supporting the safety of students and school personnel by promoting school accident prevention programs and operating a lawful and efficient compensation system whenever accidents occur.
