‘도민 모두에게 열린’ 강삼영 교육감직인수위 최종보고회

강원특별자치도교육감직 인수위원회(위원장 구재승)는 오는 6월 29일(월) 오전 10시, 춘천교육문화관 1층 공연장에서 ‘도민 모두에게 열린’ 교육감직인수위 최종보고회를 개최했다.

The Transition Committee for the Superintendent of Education of Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province (Chairperson Koo Jae-seung) will hold its Final Transition Committee Report Session, Open to All Residents, at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 29, in the auditorium on the first floor of the Chuncheon Education & Culture Center.

이번 보고회는 당초 인수위원회 내부 활동 결과를 공유하기 위한 자리였으나, 강원교육의 새로운 도약을 위한 핵심 정책과 사업 정비 결과를 도민에게 투명하게 공개하기 위해 누구나 참석할 수 있는 공개 행사로 확대 운영되었다.

Originally planned as an internal briefing for committee members, the event has been expanded into a public forum open to all residents in order to transparently present the key education policies and project review results that will shape the future of Gangwon education.

보고회에서는 민선 5기 강원교육 비전인 ‘모두가 빛나는 강원교육’을 실현하기 위한 5대 핵심 과제가 공개되었다.

① 강원학생성장진단평가를 기반으로 한 ‘삶의 뿌리, 강한 학력’

② 미래성장 진로특구 조성을 중심으로 한 ‘모두의 성공, 빛나는 진로’

③ 빈틈없는 교육복지 실현을 위한 ‘모두를 품는, 포용교육’

④ 급변하는 시대를 대비하는 ‘좋은 세상을 위한, 미래교육’

⑤ 지역과 학교가 함께 성장하는 ‘함께 성장하는, 교육공동체’

The committee will unveil the Five Core Initiatives supporting the vision of "A Gangwon Education Where Everyone Shines."

Strong Academic Foundations built upon the Gangwon Student Growth Assessment.

Bright Futures for Every Student through the creation of Future Career Growth Special Zones.

Inclusive Education for All by strengthening comprehensive educational welfare.

Future-Oriented Education that prepares students for a rapidly changing world.

Collaborative Educational Communities where schools and local communities grow together.

또한 인수위원회는 비효율의 과감한 정비, 현장 검증, 미래를 위한 재투자라는 3대 원칙 아래 추진한 사업 정비 결과도 공개한다.

사업은 효과성, 중복성, 형평성, 지속가능성, 정책 적합성 등 7대 기준을 바탕으로 객관적으로 진단되었으며, 이를 통해 불필요한 예산을 줄이고 교육의 질을 높이는 방향으로 재편했다.

The committee will also present the outcomes of its project review conducted under three guiding principles:

eliminating inefficiencies, verifying policies through field-based evaluation, and reinvesting resources for the future.

Programs were objectively assessed using seven evaluation criteria, including effectiveness, duplication, fairness, sustainability, and policy alignment, allowing resources to be redirected toward higher educational value.

확보된 재원은 교권보호지원 시스템 구축, 강원학생종합진단시스템 구축, 미래성장 진로특구 조성 등 강삼영 당선인의 핵심 공약 사업에 집중 투자될 예정이다.

The savings generated through this restructuring will be strategically invested in key priorities of Superintendent-elect Kang Sam-young, including:

Building a Teacher Rights Protection Support System

Establishing a Comprehensive Gangwon Student Diagnostic System

Creating Future Career Growth Special Zones

#구재승 인수위원장은 "기존 사업을 비우는 것은 강원교육의 더 큰 미래를 채우기 위한 필수적인 과정"이라며 "앞으로도 정책 추진 과정을 도민에게 투명하게 공개하고 적극적으로 소통하는 강원교육을 만들어 가겠다"고 말했다.

Chairperson Koo Jae-seung stated,

"Reorganizing and streamlining existing programs is an essential step toward building a stronger future for Gangwon education."

He added,

"We will continue to ensure transparency throughout the policymaking process and actively communicate with residents as we build a more open and accountable education system."
