교육은 한 사람의 생각이 아니라, 수많은 목소리가 모여 완성되는 이야기다.

강원의 여름이 시작되는 6월, 춘천교육문화관에는 새로운 교육의 방향을 고민하는 사람들이 모였다. 교사와 교수, 학부모와 시민사회, 문화예술인과 환경 전문가까지. 서로 다른 길을 걸어온 사람들이지만, 아이들의 미래를 더 밝게 만들고 싶다는 마음만큼은 같았다.

Education is not the product of one person's vision, but a story woven together by countless voices.

As summer begins in Gangwon, people gathered at the Chuncheon Education & Culture Center to discuss a new direction for education. Teachers, professors, parents, civic leaders, artists, and environmental experts came together. Though they have walked different paths, they share one common hope: creating a brighter future for children.

좋은 교육은 교실 안에서만 만들어지지 않는다.

아이들이 살아갈 세상은 교과서보다 훨씬 넓다. 인공지능과 기후위기, 문화와 예술, 지역사회와 산업 현장이 모두 배움의 공간이 된다. 그래서 이번 자문위원단 구성은 단순한 인선이 아니라, 교육의 경계를 넓히겠다는 선언처럼 느껴진다.

Great education is not created only inside classrooms.

The world children will inherit is far larger than any textbook. Artificial intelligence, climate challenges, arts, culture, communities, and industries all become spaces for learning. The formation of this advisory committee feels less like an appointment and more like a declaration to broaden the boundaries of education.

현장의 목소리는 언제나 가장 정확한 나침반이다.

학교를 가장 잘 아는 사람은 매일 교실에서 아이들과 만나는 교사들이다. 교육행정을 움직이는 공무원들, 학교를 묵묵히 지키는 교육공무직 노동자들, 그리고 아이들의 성장을 가장 가까이에서 바라보는 학부모들 역시 교육의 중요한 주체다.

그들의 경험과 고민이 정책 속에 담길 때, 교육은 비로소 현실을 닮아간다.

The voices from the field are always the most reliable compass.

Those who understand schools best are the teachers who meet students every day. Education officials, school staff, and parents who witness their children's growth up close are also essential partners in education.

When their experiences and concerns are reflected in policy, education becomes truly connected to reality.

자문위원단 위촉장은 단순한 종이 한 장이 아니다. 그것은 더 많은 사람들과 함께 강원교육의 미래를 고민하겠다는 약속이다. 학생 한 명, 학부모 한 사람, 교직원 한 분의 목소리까지도 소중히 듣겠다는 다짐이다.

교육의 변화는 거창한 구호보다 경청에서 시작된다.

An advisory appointment certificate is more than a piece of paper. It is a promise to shape the future of Gangwon education together with many voices. It represents a commitment to listen carefully to every student, every parent, and every educator.

강원교육의 새로운 여정

지금은 인수위원회가 출발선에 선 시간이다. 그러나 진정한 목적지는 이미 정해져 있다. 아이들이 더 행복하게 배우고, 교사들이 더 존중받으며, 학부모들이 더 신뢰할 수 있는 교육.

그 길 위에서 자문위원단의 다양한 목소리가 강원교육의 든든한 등불이 되길 기대해 본다.
