묵호노인종합복지관, 어르신 위한 따뜻한 나눔과 노후 금융교육 펼쳐

묵호노인종합복지관(관장 염규성)이 지역 어르신들의 건강하고 행복한 노후를 지원하기 위해 따뜻한 나눔 행사와 실생활에 도움이 되는 금융교육을 마련했다. 이날 행사에는 지역 봉사단체와 공공기관이 함께 참여해 나눔과 배움이 어우러진 뜻깊은 시간을 선사했다.

Mukho Senior Welfare Center (Director Yeom Gyu-seong) organized a special day of community sharing and financial education to support the well-being of local seniors. Community volunteers and public institutions joined hands to create a meaningful event that combined generosity, learning, and care.

이날 동해로타리클럽(회장 김윤범)은 복지관을 찾아 어르신 300여 명에게 비빔밥 특식을 제공하는 「사랑의 효 나눔」 행사를 진행했다. 회원들과 부인회 봉사자 15명은 직접 배식에 참여하며 어르신 한 분 한 분에게 따뜻한 인사와 정성을 전했다. 정성껏 준비된 한 끼 식사는 어르신들의 얼굴에 환한 웃음을 선물했다.

On this occasion, the Donghae Rotary Club (President Kim Yoon-beom) hosted a “Sharing Filial Love” event, serving a special bibimbap meal to more than 300 seniors. Fifteen club members and volunteers personally participated in meal service, greeting each senior with warmth and kindness. The carefully prepared meal brought smiles and joy to everyone in attendance.

이어 한국주택금융공사 강원동부지사(지사장 서정훈)는 「상속·증여 및 주택연금 교육」을 실시했다. 교육에서는 상속과 증여의 기본 개념, 절세 방법, 주택연금 활용 방안 등을 알기 쉽게 설명하며 어르신들의 높은 관심을 이끌어냈다. 특히 노후 재산관리와 안정적인 생활설계를 위한 실질적인 정보가 제공되어 큰 호응을 얻었다.

Following the meal service, the Gangwon Eastern Branch of the Korea Housing Finance Corporation (Director Seo Jeong-hoon) conducted an educational session on inheritance, gifting, and reverse mortgages. The program explained key concepts, tax-saving strategies, and practical ways to utilize housing pensions, attracting strong interest from participants. Seniors especially appreciated the useful information for managing assets and planning a stable retirement.

교육에 앞서 한국주택금융공사 강원동부지사는 취약계층 어르신 지원을 위해 후원금 50만 원을 전달하며 지역사회 나눔 실천에도 동참했다. 이번 후원은 경제적 어려움을 겪는 어르신들에게 작은 희망과 응원의 메시지를 전하는 뜻깊은 나눔으로 평가받았다.

Before the educational program began, the Korea Housing Finance Corporation donated 500,000 won to support vulnerable seniors in the community. The contribution was recognized as a meaningful gesture of hope and encouragement for elderly residents facing financial difficulties.

한편 묵호노인종합복지관은 지난 2023년부터 지속적인 협력과 봉사활동을 이어오며 지역 어르신 복지 증진에 기여해 온 동해로타리클럽의 공로를 기리기 위해 김윤범 회장에게 감사패를 전달했다. 이는 지역사회를 위한 꾸준한 헌신에 대한 감사의 마음을 담은 의미 있는 자리였다.

Meanwhile, the welfare center presented an appreciation plaque to Rotary Club President Kim Yoon-beom in recognition of the club’s continued volunteer service and support since 2023. The award reflected the community’s gratitude for the organization’s ongoing dedication to improving the lives of local seniors.
