강삼영 교육감직인수위원회 출범… “모두가 빛나는 강원교육” 첫걸음

주민직선 5기 강원특별자치도교육감직인수위원회가 6월 10일 오전 춘천교육문화관에서 현판식을 열고 공식 출범했다. 강삼영 교육감 당선인과 인수위원들이 참석한 가운데 새로운 강원교육의 비전과 방향을 준비하는 첫 일정을 시작했다.

The Transition Committee for the 5th Directly Elected Superintendent of Education in Gangwon State officially launched on June 10 with a plaque-unveiling ceremony at the Chuncheon Education and Culture Center. Superintendent-elect Kang Sam-young and committee members gathered to begin shaping the vision and direction of a new era in Gangwon education.

이번 현판식은 도민들이 선택한 변화의 뜻을 교육정책에 반영하고, 안정적인 교육행정 인수·인계를 통해 주민직선 5기 강원교육의 출발을 알리는 의미 있는 자리로 마련됐다.

The ceremony symbolized the beginning of a new chapter in Gangwon education, reflecting the aspirations for change expressed by residents while ensuring a smooth and stable transition of educational administration.

#강삼영 교육감 당선인은 “오늘은 단순히 인수위원회의 문을 여는 날이 아니라 강원교육의 새로운 미래를 향한 첫걸음을 내딛는 날”이라며 “모든 아이들이 자신의 가능성을 마음껏 펼치고 지역과 함께 성장할 수 있는 ‘모두가 빛나는 강원교육’을 만들기 위해 함께 지혜를 모아달라”고 말했다.

Superintendent-elect Kang Sam-young stated, “Today is not merely the opening of a transition committee, but the first step toward a new future for Gangwon education.” He added, “Let us work together to build an education system where every child can fully realize their potential and grow alongside their local community.”

#구재승 인수위원장은 “교육행정의 안정성과 연속성은 존중하면서도 현장이 요구하는 혁신을 적극 반영하겠다”며 “학생과 학부모, 교직원, 그리고 도민들의 목소리를 폭넓게 듣고 모두가 공감할 수 있는 미래교육 비전을 마련하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Transition Committee Chair Koo Jae-seung emphasized, “While respecting the stability and continuity of educational administration, we will also embrace the innovations demanded by the field.” He pledged to listen carefully to students, parents, educators, and residents in developing a shared vision for future education.

인수위원회는 교육정책과 행정 분야 전문가들로 구성됐으며, 앞으로 교육청 주요 현안 점검과 공약 이행계획 수립, 조직 진단 및 정책 검토 등을 중점적으로 추진할 예정이다.

The committee is composed of experts in education policy and administration. Its primary responsibilities will include reviewing major educational issues, developing implementation plans for campaign pledges, evaluating organizational structures, and examining key policies.

또한 분과별 업무보고와 정책 간담회, 현장 의견수렴 등을 통해 다양한 교육 주체들의 의견을 반영하고, 주민직선 5기 강원교육의 청사진을 구체화해 나갈 계획이다.

Through departmental briefings, policy forums, and on-site consultations, the committee plans to gather diverse perspectives from educational stakeholders and refine the blueprint for the 5th term of directly elected Gangwon education leadership.

교육감직인수위원회는 오는 6월 30일까지 21일간 활동하며, 활동 종료와 함께 주민직선 5기 강원교육의 비전과 핵심 과제를 공식 발표할 예정이다.

The Transition Committee will operate for 21 days through June 30 and is expected to unveil the vision and key priorities for the 5th Directly Elected Gangwon Education Administration upon completing its activities.
