모두가 빛나는 강원교육을 만들겠습니다

존경하는 강원도민 여러분,

사랑하는 학생, 학부모, 교직원 여러분.

강원교육의 새로운 길을 열 수 있도록 소중한 선택을 해주신 모든 분께 진심으로 감사드립니다.

저는 선거기간 내내 한 가지 약속을 드렸습니다.

“모두가 빛나는 강원교육을 만들겠습니다.”

이제 그 약속을 실천할 시간입니다.

아이들의 문해력과 수리력을 책임지는 강한 학력,

저마다의 꿈과 적성을 꽃피우는 빛나는 진로,

교사가 신명나게 가르치고 학부모가 안심하는 학교,

그리고 학교와 지역사회가 함께 아이를 키우는 교육공동체를 만들겠습니다.

강원도민과 아이들이

“교육감을 바꿨더니 교육도 좋아졌다.”

“학교와 선생님이 우리를 존중해주는 것 같아.”

이렇게 말씀하실 수 있도록 하루하루 최선을 다하겠습니다.

선거기간 뜨거운 햇볕 아래서, 때로는 비바람 속에서도 함께 걸어주신 지지자 여러분께도 깊이 감사드립니다.

여러분의 땀과 정성, 그리고 강원교육에 대한 사랑을 결코 잊지 않겠습니다.

교육은 한 사람의 힘으로 이루어지지 않습니다.

아이들과 학부모, 교직원과 지역사회, 그리고 강원도민 모두가 함께할 때 진짜 변화가 시작됩니다.

저 역시 늘 낮은 자세로 듣고, 배우고, 소통하며 강원교육을 이끌겠습니다.

약속한 것은 반드시 지키겠습니다.

청렴함과 실력, 따뜻함과 책임감으로 강원교육의 새로운 이정표를 세우겠습니다.

We Will Build an Education System in Gangwon Where Everyone Shines

Message of Gratitude from Kang Sam-young

Dear Citizens of Gangwon,

Beloved Students, Parents, and Educators,

I sincerely thank everyone who made the precious choice to open a new path for education in Gangwon.

Throughout this campaign, I made one promise:

“I will build an education system in Gangwon where everyone shines.”

Now it is time to turn that promise into reality.

We will create:

Strong academic foundations that ensure literacy and numeracy for every child,

Inspiring career pathways that help each student discover and develop their dreams and talents,

Schools where teachers can teach with passion and parents can feel confident and reassured,

An educational community where schools and local communities work together to nurture our children.

I will work tirelessly every day so that the people of Gangwon and our students can proudly say:

“After changing the Superintendent, education became better.”

“Our school and teachers truly respect us.”

I also extend my deepest gratitude to all supporters who stood with us throughout the campaign, under the blazing sun and through the rain and wind.

I will never forget your dedication, your efforts, and your love for the future of education in Gangwon.

Education cannot be achieved by one person alone.

Real change begins when students, parents, teachers, local communities, and all citizens of Gangwon work together.

I will continue to lead with humility, listening carefully, learning constantly, and communicating openly.

I will keep every promise I have made.

With integrity, competence, warmth, and responsibility, I will establish a new milestone for education in Gangwon.
