“Leading the Protection of Teachers’ Legitimate Educational Activities Through the ‘Dong:haeng’ Collaborative Education Protection Policy”

강원특별자치도교육청은 (사)한국공공정책평가협회가 주관한 ‘2026년도 우수행정 및 정책사례 선발대회’에서 최우수상을 수상했다고 밝혔다.

강원특별자치도교육청 announced that it received the Grand Prize at the “2026 Outstanding Administration and Policy Case Competition” hosted by the 한국공공정책평가협회.

이번 선발대회에서 최우수상의 영예를 안은 정책은 강원특별자치도교육청의 ‘함께하는 교육활동보호 동ː행’ 정책이다. 우수행정 및 정책사례 선발대회는 2013년부터 공공기관을 대상으로 우수행정 및 정책 사례를 발굴하기 위해 (사)한국공공정책평가협회가 매년 개최해 오고 있다.

The award-winning policy was the Office of Education’s “Dong:haeng (同行) for Educational Activity Protection” initiative. Since 2013, the competition has been held annually by the Korea Public Policy Evaluation Association to discover and promote outstanding administrative and public policy cases among public institutions.

올해 대회 공모에는 중앙행정기관, 지방자치단체, 지방교육행정기관 등에서 총 167개의 사례가 접수되었으며, 학계 및 실무 전문가로 구성된 심사위원회의 엄격한 심사를 거쳐 강원특별자치도교육청의 ‘함께하는 교육활동보호 동ː행’ 정책이 최종 우수사례로 선정되었다.

This year, a total of 167 policy cases were submitted by central government agencies, local governments, and provincial education offices. Following a rigorous evaluation process conducted by a panel of academic and field experts, the “Dong:haeng for Educational Activity Protection” policy by the Gangwon State Office of Education was selected as one of the top policy cases.

‘동ː행(同行)’이라는 정책명에는 교원, 학생, 학부모, 교육청이 함께 교육활동 보호에 나선다는 의미가 담겨 있다. 도교육청은 교육공동체가 함께 만들어가는 교육활동 보호 체계를 구축하고, 현장 중심의 실효성 있는 지원을 추진해 교권 보호와 교육 신뢰 회복에 기여한 점을 높이 평가받았다.

The policy name “Dong:haeng (同行),” meaning “walking together,” symbolizes teachers, students, parents, and the education office working collectively to protect educational activities. The Office of Education received high praise for establishing a collaborative protection system for educational activities and for implementing practical, field-oriented support measures that contributed to restoring teacher authority and trust in education.

우수 정책 사례 시상식은 오는 5월 14일(목) 14시, 국회의원회관 제2소회의실에서 개최될 예정이다.

The award ceremony for outstanding policy cases is scheduled to take place at 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 14, in the Second Small Conference Room of the National Assembly Members’ Office Building.

#서종철 정책기획과장은 “이번 수상은 교육활동 보호를 위해 현장에서 함께 노력해 온 교직원과 교육공동체 모두의 성과”라며 “앞으로도 교원의 정당한 교육활동이 존중받고, 학생과 학부모 모두가 신뢰하는 건강한 교육환경 조성을 위해 지속적으로 노력하겠다”라고 말했다.

We will continue striving to build a healthy educational environment where teachers’ legitimate educational activities are respected and trusted by students and parents alike.”
