“청렴으로 하나 됐다”… 고성교육지원청, 기관장과 함께한 화합의 하루

“청렴을 나누고 화합을 다지는 소통의 장”

고성교육지원청(교육장 홍성봉)은 5월 6일(수) 고성교육지원청에서 ‘2026년 기관장과 함께 하는 청렴 화합대회’를 개최했다. 이번 행사는 청렴한 조직문화를 조성하고 직원 간 소통과 화합을 증진하기 위해 마련됐으며, 고성교육지원청 직원들이 참석했다.

고성교육지원청, led by Superintendent Hong Seong-bong, held the “2026 Integrity and Harmony Event with the Superintendent” on Wednesday, May 6, at the Goseong Office of Education. The event was organized to foster a transparent and ethical organizational culture while enhancing communication and unity among employees. Staff members of the office participated in the gathering.

이날 행사는 협동심과 팀워크를 강조한 다양한 프로그램으로 진행되었으며, 직원 간 유대감을 높이고 활기찬 조직 분위기를 조성하는 데 중점을 두었다. 직원들은 적극적으로 프로그램에 참여하며 서로에 대한 이해와 공감의 폭을 넓히는 시간을 가졌다.

 The event featured various team-based programs designed to promote cooperation and teamwork, helping strengthen bonds among employees and create a positive and energetic workplace atmosphere. Participants actively engaged in the activities, deepening mutual understanding and empathy in a warm and cheerful environment.

#홍성봉 교육장은 “청렴은 신뢰받는 조직의 기본이며, 구성원 간 화합과 소통이 이를 뒷받침한다”며 “이번 화합대회가 서로를 이해하고 존중하는 조직문화를 만드는 데 도움이 되길 바란다”고 밝혔다. 이어 “앞으로도 다양한 소통 프로그램을 통해 건강하고 청렴한 조직문화를 지속적으로 확산해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

 Superintendent Hong Seong-bong stated, “Integrity is the foundation of a trustworthy organization, and harmony and communication among members are what sustain it.” He added, “I hope this harmony event serves as an opportunity to build a culture of mutual understanding and respect.” He further emphasized that the office would continue to expand healthy and transparent organizational culture through various communication programs in the future.
