제104주년 어린이날을 맞아, 강원특별자치도교육감 권한대행 오성배 부교육감이 도내 어린이들에게 따뜻한 축하와 응원의 메시지를 전했다.

강원특별자치도교육청은 어린이날을 기념하여 어린이 한 명 한 명의 소중함과 가능성을 담은 서한문을 발표했다. 편지 속에는 아이들을 향한 깊은 사랑과 책임, 그리고 미래를 향한 기대가 고스란히 담겼다.

#오성배 부교육감은 “어린이 여러분은 우리의 미래이자 희망”이라며, 아이들 한 명 한 명이 세상 무엇과도 바꿀 수 없는 소중한 존재임을 강조했다. 또한 “여러분은 내일의 주인공일 뿐 아니라, 오늘 이 순간에도 빛나고 있는 존재”라며 어린이의 현재 가치에 대한 깊은 존중을 전했다.

이어 그는 “마음껏 꿈꾸고 힘차게 도전하라”고 격려하며, 아이들이 학교와 가정, 그리고 일상 속에서 자유롭게 꿈꾸고 뛰어놀 수 있도록 어른들이 함께하겠다는 다짐을 밝혔다. 아이들의 안전과 행복을 지키는 일은 어른들의 책임임을 다시 한 번 되새긴 것이다.

마지막으로 오성배 부교육감은 “세상에서 가장 행복한 어린이가 바로 강원의 아이들이길 바란다”고 전하며, 모든 아이들이 웃음과 희망 속에서 성장할 수 있도록 지속적인 지원과 노력을 약속했다.

In celebration of the 104th Children’s Day, Acting Superintendent of the Gangwon Special Self-Governing Provincial Office of Education, Oh Seong-bae, delivered a heartfelt message of congratulations and encouragement to children across the province.

The Gangwon Office of Education released a letter expressing the value and potential of every child. The message was filled with deep affection, responsibility, and a hopeful vision for the future.

In his letter, Acting Superintendent Oh emphasized, “Children are our future and our hope,” highlighting that each child is an irreplaceable and precious being. He further stated, “You are not only the leaders of tomorrow, but also shining brightly in the present,” recognizing the importance of children in today’s world.

He encouraged children to “dream freely and take on challenges with courage,” while pledging that adults will stand by them—ensuring that schools, homes, and communities remain places where children can grow, play, and dream without fear.

Reaffirming the responsibility of adults, he stressed the importance of safeguarding children’s happiness and well-being, creating an environment where they can flourish safely and confidently.

Concluding his message, Oh expressed his hope that “the happiest children in the world will be those in Gangwon,” and promised continued efforts to support their joyful and hopeful growth.
