영월 EBS자기주도학습센터 개소…AI·EBS 결합 ‘스마트 학습거점’ 본격 운영

강원특별자치도영월교육지원청(교육장 #신동훈)은 3월 18일(수), 청소년 꿈터 3층 꿈틔움홀에서 ‘영월 EBS자기주도학습센터’ 개소식을 개최했다.

이번에 문을 연 ‘영월 EBS자기주도학습센터’는 관내 중학생을 대상으로 EBS 학습 콘텐츠와 인공지능(AI) 기반 학습 진단, 코디네이터의 맞춤형 관리가 유기적으로 결합된 혁신적인 학습공간이다.

 센터는 지역 청소년들의 학습 격차를 해소하고, 스스로 공부하는 힘인 ‘자기주도학습 역량’을 강화하는 것을 최우선 목표로 삼고 있다.

#신동훈 교육장은 개소식에서 “우리 지역 학생들이 시간과 공간의 제약 없이 자기주도적으로 성장할 수 있는 튼튼한 기반을 마련하게 되어 기쁘다”라며, “앞으로도 지역사회와 긴밀하게 연계하여 지속 가능한 교육 생태계를 조성하는 데 최선을 다하겠다”라고 밝혔다.

“A New Smart Learning Hub Integrating EBS Content, AI Diagnostics, and Coordinator Support”

The Yeongwol Office of Education (Superintendent Shin Dong-hoon) in Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province held the opening ceremony of the “Yeongwol EBS Self-Directed Learning Center” on March 18 (Wednesday) at the Dream Tteum Hall on the 3rd floor of the Youth Dream Center.

The newly established center is an innovative learning space for middle school students in the region, combining EBS learning content, AI-based academic diagnostics, and personalized support from coordinators.

The center aims to reduce educational disparities among local youth and strengthen their self-directed learning capabilities—the core competence of independent study.

Superintendent Shin Dong-hoon stated during the ceremony, “We are pleased to establish a strong foundation that enables our students to grow independently beyond the constraints of time and space,” adding, “We will continue to collaborate closely with the local community to build a sustainable educational ecosystem.”
