강원교육청, 문화교육 담당자 AI 활용 공동연수… “학교 지원 역량 강화”

강원특별자치도교육청은 3월 13일 오전 10시 강원시청자미디어센터에서 ‘2026 교육지원청 문화교육 업무담당자 인공지능(AI) 활용 공동연수’를 운영했다고 밝혔다.

The Gangwon State Office of Education held a “2026 Joint Training Program on AI Utilization for Cultural Education Officers of Regional Education Support Offices” at the Gangwon Media Center for Citizens at 10 a.m. on March 13.

이번 연수는 2026년 문화교육 주요 정책을 공유하고 교육지원청 업무담당자의 실행 역량을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다.

The training was designed to share major cultural education policies for 2026 and strengthen the implementation capacity of education support office staff.

연수에서는 △학교예술교육 활성화 △독서·인문교육 및 어린이 놀이문화 △학교도서관 및 지원센터 운영 △학부모 지원 사업 등 문화교육 전 영역에 대한 주요 사업과 추진 방향이 종합적으로 안내됐다.

Participants received a comprehensive briefing on major projects and policy directions across cultural education sectors, including:

activation of school arts education

reading and humanities education and children’s play culture

operation of school libraries and support centers

parent support programs.

특히 이번 연수는 각 사업 영역에서 인공지능을 활용한 행정 효율화와 콘텐츠 제작 역량 강화를 핵심 방향으로 설정했다. 급변하는 교육 환경 속에서 정책 담당자의 디지털 이해도와 실무 적용 능력이 학교 지원의 질을 좌우한다는 점을 반영한 것이다.

In particular, the program emphasized administrative efficiency through artificial intelligence and strengthening AI-based content creation capabilities. This reflects the reality that digital literacy and practical AI application skills of policy officers play a crucial role in improving school support services in rapidly changing educational environments.

연수를 통해 문화교육 사업 전반에 대한 체계적 이해를 높이고, 지역 교육지원청이 학교를 지원하는 중추 기관으로서 역할을 더욱 강화할 계획이다. 또한 인공지능 기반 업무 역량을 내재화해 업무의 정확성과 신속성을 높이고 학교 현장의 행정 부담을 줄이는 실질적인 지원 체계를 마련할 예정이다.

Through the training, the office aims to enhance systematic understanding of cultural education initiatives and strengthen the role of regional education support offices as key institutions supporting schools. It also seeks to internalize AI-based administrative capabilities to improve accuracy and efficiency while reducing administrative burdens in schools.

“문화교육 정책이 학교 현장에서 실효성을 갖기 위해서는 담당자의 전문성과 협업 역량이 무엇보다 중요하다”며

“이번 공동연수를 통해 지역 중심 문화교육 지원 체계를 더욱 강화하겠다”고 말했다.

“For cultural education policies to be effective in schools, the professionalism and collaborative capacity of 담당 staff are essential. Through this joint training, we will further strengthen the regional cultural education support system.”

이번 연수는 정책 안내와 디지털 역량 강화를 통합한 실천 중심 연수로, 지역과 함께하는 문화교육 기반을 공고히 하고 학교 지원 기능을 한층 강화하는 계기가 될 것으로 기대된다.

The training program is expected to serve as a practice-oriented initiative that integrates policy guidance with digital competency development, strengthening the cultural education foundation in collaboration with local communities and enhancing school support functions.
