강원특별자치도교육청, ‘행복나눔 교육복지사업’ 역량 강화 연수 실시

강원특별자치도교육청은 3월 9일(월)부터 10일(화)까지 이틀간 강릉시 세인트존스호텔에서 도내 교육복지사 100여 명을 대상으로 ‘행복나눔 교육복지사업 역량 강화 연수’를 실시한다.

The Gangwon State Office of Education will hold a two-day “Capacity-Building Training for the Happiness Sharing Educational Welfare Program” from March 9 to March 10 at St. John’s Hotel in Gangneung, with approximately 100 educational welfare workers from across the province participating.

이번 연수는 2026년도 행복나눔 교육복지사업의 기본 방향을 공유하고, 현장 담당자들의 전문성을 향상하기 위해 마련되었다. 아울러, 현장 실무자들의 업무 스트레스 해소와 자기돌봄을 지원하는 데에도 중점을 두었다.

This training program was designed to share the key directions of the 2026 Happiness Sharing Educational Welfare Program and enhance the professional capabilities of field practitioners. It also focuses on relieving work-related stress and supporting self-care for frontline staff.

본 교육은 총 1박 2일 일정으로 진행되며, 1일 차에는 인문학 강연과 정책 연수, 업무 협의가 진행되어 교육복지사의 실질적인 전문성 강화를 도모한다.

The training will run for two days and one night. On the first day, participants will attend humanities lectures, policy training sessions, and working-level discussions aimed at strengthening the practical expertise of educational welfare workers.

2일 차에는 지역자원 네트워크 활용 및 정보 공유를 위해 초록우산 어린이재단 강원지역본부, 굿네이버스 강원지부, 강원특별자치도청소년상담복지센터 관계자를 초청해 사회복지 현장에 대한 이해도를 한층 높일 계획이다.

On the second day, representatives from the ChildFund Korea Gangwon Regional Headquarters, Good Neighbors Gangwon Branch, and the Gangwon Youth Counseling and Welfare Center will be invited to share insights and strengthen understanding of social welfare practices while discussing ways to utilize regional resource networks.

#송수경 인성생활교육과장은 “이번 연수가 행복나눔 교육복지사업에 대한 이해를 높이고, 복합적 어려움에 놓인 학생들을 위한 학생맞춤통합지원 체계의 기초를 다지는 계기가 되길 바란다”고 말했다.

Song Soo-kyung, Director of the Character and Life Education Division, stated, “We hope this training will deepen understanding of the Happiness Sharing Educational Welfare Program and serve as a foundation for establishing an integrated, student-centered support system for students facing complex challenges.”
