화천교육지원청 제33대 박성관 교육장 취임

화천교육지원청은 3월 3일(화) 대회의실에서 제33대 박성관 교육장 취임식을 개최했다.

The Hwachon Office of Education held the inauguration ceremony for its 33rd Superintendent, Park Sung-kwan, on Tuesday, March 3, at the main conference hall.

박성관 교육장은 동해 광희고등학교와 춘천교육대학교를 졸업하고, 관동대학교 대학원에서 상담심리과를 수료했다. 1991년 정선 갈래초등학교에서 교직 생활을 시작한 이후 △동해교육지원청·삼척교육지원청 장학사 △삼척 맹방초·정라초 교감 △삼척 신동초 교장 △강원특별자치도교육청 인성생활교육과장·미래교육과장을 역임하는 등 교육 현장과 행정을 두루 경험해왔다.

Superintendent Park graduated from Gwanghee High School in Donghae and Chuncheon National University of Education, and completed graduate studies in Counseling Psychology at Kwandong University. Since beginning his teaching career at Gallae Elementary School in Jeongseon in 1991, he has served in various key positions, including educational supervisor at the Donghae and Samcheok Offices of Education, vice principal at Maengbang and Jeongra Elementary Schools in Samcheok, principal of Sindong Elementary School, and director of the Character & Student Life Education Division and the Future Education Division at the Gangwon State Office of Education.

풍부한 교육 현장 경험과 교육행정 경력을 바탕으로 박 교육장은 2026년 3월 제33대 화천교육지원청 교육장으로 취임했다.

Based on his extensive experience in both educational practice and administration, he officially assumed office as the 33rd Superintendent of the Hwachon Office of Education in March 2026.

#박성관 교육장은 취임사에서 “현장의 목소리를 바탕으로 변화하는 교육환경에 능동적으로 대응하고, 학생이 행복한 교육여건을 조성하여 지역사회로부터 신뢰받는 화천교육을 만들어가겠다”고 밝혔다.

In his inaugural address, Superintendent Park stated, “We will actively respond to the changing educational environment by listening to voices from the field and create educational conditions where students are happy, thereby building a Hwachon education system trusted by the local community.”

이어 “소통과 공감을 기반으로 책임 있는 교육행정을 펼쳐 나가겠다”고 덧붙였다.

He added that he would implement responsible educational administration grounded in communication and empathy.

“학생이 행복한 화천교육, 지역사회 신뢰로 완성.”
