강원특별자치도교육청, 설 명절 맞아 전통시장 방문·사회복지시설 위문품 전달 및 청렴캠페인 전개

강원특별자치도교육청은 설 명절을 앞둔 12일(목), 지역 경제 활성화와 청렴문화 확산을 위해 전통시장을 방문하고 사회복지시설을 찾아 위문품을 전달하며 나눔을 실천했다.

On Thursday the 12th, ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday, the Gangwon State Office of Education visited traditional markets to promote the local economy and integrity culture, and delivered donations to social welfare facilities as part of its community outreach efforts.

이날 교육감을 비롯한 도교육청 간부 직원들은 춘천풍물시장과 중앙시장을 방문해 제수용품 등을 구매하며 상인들과 소통하는 시간을 가졌다.

On the day, the Superintendent and senior officials visited Chuncheon Pungmul Market and Jungang Market, purchasing holiday goods and engaging in conversations with local merchants.

이어 △춘천시립요양원 △춘천시립복지원 △춘천효자종합사회복지관 △애민보육원 △연화마을요양원 △강원재활원 △광림노인전문요양원 △동산노인복지센터 등 사회복지시설 8곳을 방문해 명절 인사를 전하고 위문품을 전달했다.

The delegation also visited eight social welfare facilities—Chuncheon Municipal Nursing Home, Chuncheon Municipal Welfare Center, Chuncheon Hyoja Comprehensive Social Welfare Center, Aemin Children’s Home, Yeonhwa Village Nursing Home, Gangwon Rehabilitation Center, Gwangrim Senior Care Facility, and Dongsan Senior Welfare Center—to extend holiday greetings and deliver care packages.

#이형희 총무과장은 “전통시장은 지역 주민의 삶과 밀접한 공간이며, 복지시설은 우리 사회의 따뜻한 안전망”이라며 “이번 명절을 맞아 지역사회와 온정을 나누는 계기가 되기를 바란다”고 말했다.

Lee Hyung-hee, Director of the General Affairs Division, stated, “Traditional markets are closely connected to the daily lives of local residents, and welfare facilities serve as a warm safety net for our society. We hope this Lunar New Year becomes an opportunity to share compassion and solidarity with the community.”

이번 행사는 지역경제 활성화, 공직사회 청렴문화 확산, 그리고 소외계층에 대한 실질적 지원을 동시에 실천한 자리로 평가된다.

The event is seen as a meaningful initiative that simultaneously supports the local economy, promotes integrity within the public sector, and provides tangible assistance to underprivileged neighbors.
