강원특별자치도교육청, 2026년 학교(원)장 공동연수 개최

강원특별자치도교육청은 2월 4일(수)부터 6일(금)까지 사흘간 강원특별자치도교육청진로교육원에서 도내 각급 학교장 및 원장을 대상으로 ‘2026년 학교(원)장 공동연수’를 개최한다.

Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province Office of Education will hold the “2026 Joint Training Program for School and Kindergarten Principals” over three days from Wednesday, February 4 to Friday, February 6, at the Gangwon Office of Education Career Education Center, with principals from schools across the province in attendance.

이번 연수는 “강원교육이 곧 강원인의 삶입니다.”라는 부제 아래, 강원교육의 정책 방향을 공유하고 학교 현장과의 소통을 통해 정책의 현장성을 높이기 위해 마련됐다.

Held under the subtitle “Gangwon Education Is the Life of Gangwon Citizens,” the program aims to share policy directions for Gangwon education and enhance on-site effectiveness through active communication with schools.

연수에는 유치원장, 초·중·고·특수학교장, 교육전문직원을 비롯해 2026년 3월 1일 자 신규 임용 예정인 교(원)장들도 함께 참여한다.

Participants include kindergarten principals, elementary, middle, high, and special school principals, educational specialists, as well as principals newly appointed effective March 1, 2026.

주요 프로그램으로는 △2026년 강원교육 기본방향 및 주요 정책 안내 △‘인간과 인공지능(AI)의 공존’을 주제로 한 특강 △‘2026 강원아이로’ 활용 및 학습지원 소프트웨어 선정 기준 안내 △교육감 특강과 교육국·행정국 주요 사업 공유 등이 진행된다.

Key programs include briefings on the 2026 Gangwon education policy framework and major initiatives; a special lecture on “Coexistence of Humans and Artificial Intelligence (AI)”; guidance on the use of “2026 Gangwon I-Ro” and criteria for selecting learning-support software; and special lectures by the Superintendent along with presentations on major projects by the Education and Administrative Bureaus.

이와 함께 퇴직 교장 환송식과 신규 교장 환영식, 국악 공연이 마련되어 교육 공동체의 결속을 다지는 시간도 갖는다.

In addition, a farewell ceremony for retiring principals, a welcome ceremony for newly appointed principals, and a traditional Korean music performance will be held to strengthen solidarity within the educational community.

#오성배 부교육감은 인사말에서 “강원교육은 곧 강원인의 삶이며, 우리 아이들의 잠재력이 학교에서 활짝 피어날 때 강원의 미래도 밝아질 수 있다”라며, “이번 연수가 강원교육의 비전을 공유하고 학교 간 네트워크를 강화해 현장의 어려움을 함께 해결해 나가는 소통의 장이 되기를 기대한다”라고 말했다.

Vice Superintendent Oh Seong-bae stated in his opening remarks, “Gangwon education is the life of Gangwon citizens. When our children’s potential fully blossoms in schools, the future of Gangwon will be brighter,” adding, “I hope this training program becomes a platform for sharing the vision of Gangwon education, strengthening networks among schools, and jointly addressing challenges in the field.”
