강원특별자치도교육청이 12월 8일, 강원대학교 서암관에서 진행된

‘인공지능(AI) 기반 협업 툴 활용 교육(4차)’에 참여했습니다.

이번 연수는 행정의 기획·운영·지원 전 과정에

AI 활용 역량을 자연스럽게 스며들게 하기 위한 실천의 자리였습니다.

On December 8, the Gangwon Provincial Office of Education participated in the

4th “AI-based Collaboration Tools Training” held at Kangwon National University.

The program aimed to strengthen planning, management, and support capabilities

by integrating AI into everyday administrative workflows.

예술교육과 AI가 만나는 지점

문화체육특수교육과는 올해 연수에서

교사들이 가장 필요로 하는 영역이

‘AI 기반 미술·음악·융합 수업’임을 확인했습니다.

교실 속 예술교육이 기술과 만날 때,

새로운 가능성의 문이 열린다는 기대가 커지고 있습니다.

Teachers expressed strong interest in AI-supported art, music,

and integrated learning. The growing desire for technology-infused

arts education reflects shifting expectations and expanding possibilities

within classrooms.

Hands-on AI for Immediate Application

이번 연수는 실제 업무에서 바로 활용할 수 있도록

실습 중심으로 구성되었습니다.

AI 기반 엑셀·PPT 자동화

숏폼 영상 제작과 콘텐츠 편집

ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot 비교 활용 전략

GPT 기술 흐름과 최신 업무 자동화 트렌드 이해

The training focused heavily on hands-on practice, including:

AI-based Excel and PPT automation, short-form video creation,

content editing, and comparative strategies for ChatGPT, Gemini,

and Copilot, along with an overview of GPT and automation trends.

20명의 직원이 함께하며

AI 협업 문화를 부서 전반으로 확장하는 계기가 되었습니다.

Twenty staff members joined the program, helping lay the groundwork

for a collaborative AI culture across the department.

“먼저 배우는 행정이 현장을 바꾼다”

“When administrators learn first, the classroom changes.”

#이인범 문화체육특수교육과장은

“AI 수업에 대한 교사들의 요구가 높아지는 만큼,

이를 기획·지원하는 행정이 먼저 AI 역량을 갖추는 것이 중요하다”고 말했습니다.

"As teachers seek more AI-integrated lessons, it becomes even more important

for administrators and support staff to build their own AI competencies first,"

said Lee In-beom, Director of the Culture, Sports, and Special Education Division.

교육청은 앞으로도

AI 기반 보고서 작성, 데이터 분석, 교육 콘텐츠 제작 등

현장과 직접 연결되는 실습형 연수를 지속 확대할 예정입니다.

The Office of Education plans to continue offering practical AI training—

including AI-generated reports, data analysis, and educational content creation—

to proactively respond to the evolving needs of schools.

변화는 이미 시작되었습니다

The Transformation Has Already Begun

AI는 더 이상 특별한 기술이 아니라

교육 현장을 더 깊고 넓게 만들어 주는 ‘새로운 언어’가 되어가고 있습니다.

이번 연수는 그 언어를 익히는 첫걸음이자,

강원 교육이 미래를 준비하는 또 하나의 방식이었습니다.
