Gangneung City Bottled Water Distribution Plan

Distribution Overview:

• Total Volume: 3,615 tons (including apartment complexes over 300 households)

• Allocation: Based on population

• Per Person: 12 liters (2 liters/day for 6 days)

Distribution Phases:

1. Priority Facilities:

   • Social Welfare Facilities: Senior centers, disability facilities, community centers

   • Educational Facilities: Kindergartens, Elementary, Middle, and High Schools

   • Already Completed: 278 tons (139,000 bottles of 2L each) by August 29

2. General Distribution:

   • Regional Zones: 5 zones by township/district

   • Distribution Location: Gangneung Arena → moved to zones by September 4

   • Local Distribution: Community centers manage distribution to residents

   • Large Apartment Complexes (300+ households): Distributed directly from City Hall

   • Special Support: City Hall responsible for delivering to residents with mobility issues or vulnerable groups
