On July 10, the “Thank You Cheer Squad” of the Samcheok Volunteer Center (Director Kim Sung-jin) visited the Samcheok Fire Station (Chief Kim Jae-seok) to express their gratitude and support.

The event began with a saxophone performance by the volunteer group “Wind Ensemble Blue Sky” (led by Lee Sung-guk), followed by the delivery of handmade snack packages and cheering placards to express appreciation to the firefighters.

This campaign was designed to foster a culture of encouragement and respect, and to restore trust within the local community by expressing gratitude and support to the unsung heroes who quietly serve through acts of patriotism and generosity across the region.

Director Kim Sung-jin stated, “We hope this small gesture brings warmth and comfort to our dedicated firefighters. We will continue to seek out and thank those who work hard behind the scenes without seeking recognition.”
