지난 6월 23일, 부산 남구 유엔기념공원에는 조용한 발걸음이 이어졌습니다.

한화에어로스페이스와 한화오션 소속의 경남 지역 임직원 40명이 묵묵히 그곳을 찾았습니다.

Forty employees from Hanwha Aerospace and Hanwha Ocean’s regional offices in Gyeongnam gathered in solemn silence.

이들은 6·25전쟁 당시, 머나먼 타국에서 한국의 자유와 평화를 위해 목숨을 바친 유엔군 장병들을 추모하기 위해 모였습니다.

They came to pay tribute to the UN soldiers who gave their lives during the Korean War, fighting on foreign soil for the freedom and peace of Korea.

모두의 가슴엔 하나같이 작은 배지가 빛나고 있었습니다.

Each of them wore a small badge on their chest-subtle, yet powerful in meaning.

‘121723, 끝까지 찾아야 할 태극기’.

"121723: The Taegeukgi That Must Be Found Until the End."

6·25전쟁에서 전사했지만 아직 가족의 품으로 돌아오지 못한 12만1723명의 영웅들을 기억하기 위한 상징입니다.

It symbolizes the 121,723 heroes who perished during the Korean War and have yet to return home to their families.

한화 방산 계열사들은 이 배지를 통해 단순한 기억을 넘어, ‘끝까지 책임지겠다’는 약속을 이어가고 있습니다.
