동해시, 청년문화예술패스 2차 발급…55명 선착순 모집, 도서 구입도 가능

동해시는 청년들의 문화 향유 기회를 확대하기 위해 오는 8월 10일부터 「청년문화예술패스」 2차 발급을 시작한다고 밝혔다.

Donghae City announced that it will begin the second round of applications for the Youth Culture & Arts Pass on August 10, as part of its efforts to expand cultural opportunities for young residents.

청년문화예술패스는 사회에 첫발을 내딛는 청년들의 문화생활을 지원하는 사업으로, 동해시에 거주하는 19~20세 청년(2006~2007년생)에게 1인당 연간 20만 원을 지원한다.

The Youth Culture & Arts Pass is designed to support young people as they take their first steps into adulthood by making cultural experiences more accessible. Eligible Donghae residents aged 19 to 20, born in 2006 or 2007, can receive KRW 200,000 per person annually.

올해 1차 발급에서는 지원 대상 465명 전원이 발급을 완료해 100%의 발급률을 기록했다. 이번 2차 발급은 1차 발급자 가운데 예매일 기준 7월 31일까지 사용 실적이 없어 지원금이 회수된 대상자가 발생함에 따라 잔여 인원 55명을 선착순으로 모집한다.

In the first round of applications this year, all 465 eligible applicants received the pass, achieving a 100% issuance rate. The second round has been opened after funds were withdrawn from some first-round recipients who had no usage record as of July 31, based on the booking date. A total of 55 additional applicants will now be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

신청은 8월 10일부터 11월 30일까지 청년문화예술패스 누리집에서 회원가입 후 할 수 있다. 발급받은 지원금은 관람일 기준 12월 31일까지 사용할 수 있다.

Applications are open from August 10 through November 30. Eligible young residents can apply after registering on the official Youth Culture & Arts Pass website. The issued funds may be used for eligible cultural activities taking place through December 31.

다만, 2025년 청년문화예술패스 사용 이력이 있거나 2026년 1차 발급 후 사용 실적이 없어 지원금이 회수된 경우에는 신청할 수 없다.

However, those who used the Youth Culture & Arts Pass in 2025, as well as those whose 2026 first-round funds were withdrawn due to having no usage record, are not eligible to apply for this second round.

특히 8월부터는 지원금 사용 범위가 도서 구입까지 확대된다. 공연·전시·영화 관람은 물론 도서 구입에도 사용할 수 있어 청년들의 문화생활 선택 폭이 한층 넓어질 전망이다.

Notably, beginning in August, the pass can also be used to purchase books. In addition to performances, exhibitions, and movies, eligible young people will now be able to use the support for books, further expanding their cultural choices.

공연·전시는 NOL티켓, YES24티켓, 티켓링크, 멜론티켓에서 이용할 수 있으며, 영화는 CGV·메가박스·롯데시네마, 도서는 YES24와 서점ON에서 이용할 수 있다.

For performances and exhibitions, the pass can be used through NOL Ticket, YES24 Ticket, Ticketlink, and Melon Ticket. Movie tickets are available through CGV, Megabox, and Lotte Cinema, while books can be purchased through YES24 and Seojeom ON.
