동해시는 2026년 6월 1일 기준 개별(공동)주택가격(안)에 대해 오는 8월 5일부터 24일까지 열람 및 의견제출 기간을 운영한다고 밝혔다.

Donghae City announced that it will operate a public inspection and opinion submission period from August 5 to August 24 for the draft Individual and 공동 Housing Prices as of June 1, 2026.

 As public interest in the real estate market and taxation continues to grow, this inspection period allows homeowners and other interested parties to review the proposed housing prices and submit their opinions before the values are finalized.

대상은 2026년 1월 1일부터 5월 31일까지 토지의 분할·합병, 신축·증축 등 변동 사유가 발생한 개별·공동주택이다.

 Eligible properties include individual and 공동 housing that experienced changes between January 1 and May 31, 2026, such as land subdivision or consolidation, new construction, extensions, or other structural modifications.

개별(공동)주택가격은 지방세와 각종 부담금 등의 산정 기초자료로 활용되는 만큼, 시는 주택 특성조사와 가격 산정, 한국부동산원의 검증을 거쳐 공시하기에 앞서 주택소유자와 이해관계인의 의견을 수렴해 가격의 객관성과 공정성을 높일 계획이다.

 Since individual and 공동 housing prices serve as the basis for calculating local taxes and various public charges, Donghae City has conducted property characteristic surveys and price assessments, followed by verification by the Korea Real Estate Board. Before officially announcing the prices, the City will gather opinions from homeowners and interested parties to further enhance fairness, transparency, and objectivity.

의견이 있는 주택소유자 또는 이해관계인은 열람 기간 내 부동산공시가격알리미 홈페이지를 통해 온라인으로 의견을 제출할 수 있으며, 제출된 의견은 주택가격의 적정 여부를 재조사한 뒤 한국부동산원의 검증과 동해시 부동산가격공시위원회 심의를 거쳐 처리되며, 결과는 신청인에게 개별 통지된다.

 Homeowners and interested parties who wish to submit opinions may do so online through the Real Estate Price Information Service during the inspection period. Submitted opinions will be reviewed through a re-examination of the proposed housing price, verified by the Korea Real Estate Board, and deliberated by the Donghae City Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee. The results will then be individually notified to each applicant.
