동해시, 발한도서관서 미디어 콘텐츠 프로그램 작품 전시

동해시는 시민들의 미디어 문화 향유 기회를 확대하고 디지털 콘텐츠 활용 능력을 높이기 위해 상반기 발한도서관에서 운영한 「미디어 콘텐츠 프로그램」 수강생들의 작품을 오는 8월 말까지 전시한다고 밝혔다.

Donghae City announced that it will exhibit works created by participants of the Media Content Program, held during the first half of the year at Balhan Library, through the end of August. The exhibition aims to broaden citizens' access to media culture while enhancing their digital content creation skills.

전시는 발한도서관 계단과 2층 전시 공간에서 진행된다. 디지털 드로잉 「내 작은 브랜드 만들기」 수업을 통해 수강생들이 직접 제작한 A3 포스터와 스티커, 엽서 등 다양한 창작 작품이 전시되며, 시민들은 작품을 감상하며 미디어 콘텐츠 제작 과정을 자연스럽게 이해할 수 있다.

The exhibition is being held along the library staircase and in the second-floor gallery space. It features A3 posters, stickers, postcards, and other creative works designed by participants during the digital drawing class "Creating My Own Small Brand." Visitors can enjoy the displays while gaining insight into the creative process behind digital media production.

하반기 미디어 콘텐츠 프로그램은 오는 8월부터 운영될 예정이다. 디지털 드로잉을 비롯해 영상 제작과 웹툰 창작 등 다양한 강좌를 마련하여 시민들의 창의력과 디지털 역량을 더욱 높일 계획이다.

The second-half Media Content Program will begin in August. It will offer a diverse range of courses—including digital drawing, video production, and webtoon creation—to foster creativity and strengthen citizens' digital literacy.

프로그램 접수는 7월 20일부터 시작된다. 자세한 내용은 동해시립도서관 홈페이지 공지사항을 확인하거나 발한도서관(☎530-2480)으로 문의하면 된다.

#김은서 평생학습과장은 "하반기에도 시민들이 미디어를 쉽고 재미있게 배울 수 있는 다양한 프로그램을 준비하고 있다"며 "나만의 콘텐츠를 직접 만들고 싶은 시민들의 많은 관심과 참여를 바란다"고 말했다.

Kim Eun-seo, Director of Lifelong Learning, said, "We have prepared a variety of engaging programs that will make learning media skills both easy and enjoyable in the second half of the year. We encourage citizens who dream of creating their own unique content to take part."
