동해시, 2027년 고향사랑기금사업 시민제안 공모

동해시는 고향사랑기부금을 지역 발전과 주민복지 향상에 효과적으로 활용하기 위해 오는 31일까지 ‘2027년 동해시 고향사랑기부제 기금사업 시민 제안 공모’를 추진한다.

Donghae City is accepting public proposals through July 31 for the "2027 Hometown Love Donation Fund Project Idea Contest" to identify creative ways to utilize hometown donation funds for regional development and the improvement of residents' welfare.

이번 공모는 고향사랑기부금 활용 방안에 대한 시민들의 다양한 아이디어를 발굴하기 위한 것으로, 동해시 발전에 관심 있는 시민이라면 누구나 참여할 수 있다.

The contest aims to discover innovative ideas from citizens on how hometown donation funds can be used effectively. Anyone interested in the future development of Donghae City is welcome to participate.

공모 분야는 ▲사회적 취약계층 지원 및 청소년 육성·보호 ▲문화·예술·보건 등 주민복지 증진 ▲시민참여와 자원봉사를 통한 지역공동체 활성화 ▲기타 주민의 복리 증진에 필요한 사업 등이다.

Eligible proposals include projects related to:

Supporting socially vulnerable groups and fostering and protecting youth

Enhancing public welfare through culture, arts, healthcare, and related services

Strengthening local communities through civic participation and volunteer activities

Other initiatives that improve the overall well-being of residents

참가를 희망하는 시민은 관련 서류를 이메일 또는 등기우편으로 제출하거나 동해시청 행정과 인구정책팀을 방문해 접수할 수 있다. 자세한 사항은 동해시청 누리집 공고란에서 확인하면 된다.

Participants may submit the required documents by email, registered mail, or in person to the Population Policy Team of the Administration Division at Donghae City Hall. Detailed information is available on the official Donghae City website.

접수된 제안은 서류 적격성 심사와 심사위원회 심의를 거쳐 최종 선정된다. 선정자에게는 최우수상 1명(30만 원), 우수상 2명(각 20만 원), 장려상 3명(각 10만 원)이 동해시 지역화폐로 지급된다. 우수 제안은 실현 가능성과 적정성을 종합적으로 검토한 뒤 2027년도 고향사랑기금 사업에 반영될 예정이다.

All submissions will undergo an eligibility review followed by evaluation by a selection committee. Winners will receive Donghae local currency prizes of KRW 300,000 for one Grand Prize winner, KRW 200,000 each for two Excellence Award winners, and KRW 100,000 each for three Merit Award winners. Outstanding proposals will also be reviewed for feasibility and may be incorporated into Donghae City's 2027 Hometown Love Donation Fund projects.
