동해시, 여름철 다소비 식품 취급업소 위생점검 실시

Donghae City Conducts Summer Food Safety Inspections for High-Consumption Food Businesses

동해시는 여름철 식중독 예방과 안전한 먹거리 환경 조성을 위해 오는 7월 15일부터 16일까지 이틀간 여름철 다소비 식품 취급업소를 대상으로 민·관 합동 위생점검을 실시한다고 밝혔다.

Donghae City announced that it will conduct a joint public-private hygiene inspection from July 15 to 16 to prevent foodborne illnesses during the summer season and ensure a safe food environment.

점검 대상은 ▲여름철 소비가 급증하는 삼계탕, 냉면 등을 조리·판매하는 음식점 ▲살모넬라 식중독 우려가 높은 달걀을 주요 식재료로 사용하는 김밥·토스트 전문점 ▲치킨 중량 표시제 계도기간 종료에 따른 표시 의무 대상 프랜차이즈 치킨점 등 총 18개소이다.

The inspection will cover 18 businesses, including restaurants serving popular summer dishes such as Samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup) and cold noodles, specialty kimbap and toast shops using eggs as a primary ingredient with higher salmonella risk, and franchise chicken restaurants now subject to the mandatory chicken weight labeling system following the end of its guidance period.

이번 점검은 소비자식품위생감시원과 함께 민·관 합동으로 실시하며, ▲소비기한 경과 제품의 보관·사용 여부 ▲시설기준 및 영업자 준수사항 이행 여부 ▲달걀의 위생적 취급 및 적정 보관기준(냉장 0~10℃, 냉동 –18℃ 이하) 준수 여부 ▲치킨 중량 표시제 이행 여부를 중점 점검한다.

The joint inspection, conducted with Consumer Food Sanitation Inspectors, will focus on checking whether expired food products are stored or used, compliance with facility standards and food safety regulations, proper handling and storage of eggs (refrigerated at 0–10°C and frozen below –18°C), and adherence to the chicken weight labeling requirements.

치킨 중량 표시제 점검 대상은 BHC, BBQ, 교촌치킨, 처갓집양념치킨, 굽네치킨, 페리카나, 네네치킨, 멕시카나, 지코바양념치킨, 호식이두마리치킨 등 10개 프랜차이즈 가맹점이다.

The inspection will include franchise stores of ten major chicken brands: BHC, BBQ, Kyochon Chicken, Cheogatjip Yangnyeom Chicken, Goobne Chicken, Pelicana, Nene Chicken, Mexicana Chicken, Jikoba Chicken, and Hosigi Two-Dumari Chicken.

#윤혜경 예방관리과장은 “여름철 식중독 발생 위험이 높은 업소를 중심으로 위생·안전관리를 강화해 시민들이 안심할 수 있는 먹거리 환경을 조성하겠다”며 “지난 6월 30일 계도기간이 종료된 치킨 중량 표시제의 이행 여부도 꼼꼼히 확인해 제도가 안정적으로 정착될 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

We will also carefully inspect compliance with the chicken weight labeling system, whose guidance period ended on June 30, to help the policy become firmly established.”
