This autumn, Donghae City once again opens its doors to lifelong learning.

Registration is now available for the 2026 Second Half Lifelong Learning Center Program, offering opportunities for everyone to discover the joy of learning.

From vocational skills and humanities to arts, culture, and academic enrichment, a wide range of courses is ready to inspire every learner.

이번 교육은 총 47개 강좌로 운영되며, 상반기에 높은 만족도를 얻은 신규 강좌도 함께 포함되었습니다.

교육은 8월 18일부터 12월 7일까지 16주간 이어집니다.

누군가에게는 새로운 도전이 되고, 또 다른 누군가에게는 오래된 꿈을 다시 이어가는 소중한 시간이 될 것입니다.

A total of 47 courses will be offered, including several new programs that received outstanding responses during the first half of the year.

Classes will run for sixteen weeks, from August 18 through December 7.

For some, this will be the beginning of a new journey.

For others, it may be the continuation of a dream that has quietly waited for its time.

수강 신청은 7월 13일부터 21일까지 동해시 평생학습관 홈페이지에서 가능합니다.

한 사람당 최대 두 개의 강좌를 신청할 수 있으며, 수강생은 추첨으로 선정됩니다.

배움의 문은 누구에게나 열려 있습니다.

Applications are open from July 13 to July 21 through the Donghae Lifelong Learning Center website.

Each applicant may choose up to two courses, and participants will be selected by lottery.

The door to learning is open to everyone.

디지털 시대를 살아가는 시민들을 위한 교육도 계속됩니다.

컴퓨터와 스마트폰 활용 교육은 물론, AI 디지털배움터를 중심으로 누구나 쉽게 배울 수 있는 단계별 디지털 교육도 확대됩니다.
