동해시가 청년들의 성공적인 취업을 지원하고 일자리지원센터 기능을 강화하기 위해 7월부터 10월까지 「2026년 청년 취업아카데미」를 운영한다.

Donghae City will operate the 2026 Youth Employment Academy from July through October to support young job seekers and strengthen the role of its Employment Support Center in providing practical career services.

이번 취업아카데미는 만 18세 이상 45세 미만 청년을 대상으로 자기이해부터 면접 역량 강화까지 취업 단계별 맞춤형 교육으로 진행된다. 첫 과정은 오는 7월 29일 오후 2시부터 5시까지 꿈빛마루도서관 3층 강당에서 열리는 버크만(Birkman) 진단 프로그램이며, 참가 신청은 7월 19일까지 선착순 20명을 모집한다.

The academy is designed for young adults aged **18 to 44**, offering customized training that supports every stage of the job search process—from self-understanding to interview preparation. The first session, the **Birkman Assessment**, will take place on **July 29 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.** at the auditorium on the third floor of **Kkumbitmaru Library**, with registration open until **July 19** for the first **20 participants**.

버크만 진단은 국내외 기업과 대학에서 진로 및 취업 상담에 널리 활용되는 심리·행동 진단 도구로, 개인의 성향과 강점, 직무 적합성을 분석하여 자신에게 맞는 진로와 취업 전략을 설계할 수 있도록 돕는다.

The Birkman Assessment is a globally recognized behavioral and career assessment tool widely used by companies and universities. It analyzes an individual's personality, strengths, motivations, and job compatibility, helping participants build personalized career plans and effective employment strategies.

8월부터 10월까지는 스피치 기법과 비즈니스 매너, 실전 모의면접, 취업 스트레스 관리 등 실제 취업 현장에서 필요한 실무 중심 프로그램이 순차적으로 운영될 예정이다.

From **August through October**, participants will receive practical career training covering **professional speaking skills, business etiquette, realistic mock interviews, and stress management**, equipping them with the confidence and competencies required in today's competitive job market.
