시를 대표하는 망상해수욕장은 오는 7월 8일부터 개장한다. 넓은 백사장과 깨끗한 바다, 다양한 편의시설을 갖춘 동해안 대표 해수욕장으로 가족 여행객과 젊은 관광객 모두에게 꾸준한 사랑을 받고 있다.

Mangsang Beach, one of the East Coast's most beloved beaches, officially opens on July 8. With its wide sandy shoreline, crystal-clear waters, and excellent visitor facilities, it remains a favorite destination for both families and young travelers.

무릉별유천지는 에메랄드빛 호수와 수상레저, 루지 등 다양한 체험시설을 갖춘 동해시 대표 관광지다. 여름철에는 야간 개장도 운영되어 낮과는 또 다른 환상적인 풍경을 선사한다.

Mureung Byeollyucheonji offers emerald-colored lakes, water leisure activities, luge rides, and many other attractions. During the summer season, visitors can also enjoy special evening hours, revealing an entirely different and magical atmosphere after sunset.

Donghae continues to strengthen its reputation as a stay-oriented travel destination through workation programs and expanding nighttime tourism. Its selection as Gangwon Tourism Organization's "Recommended Destination of the Month" for July reflects the city's growing appeal and competitiveness.
