강원특별자치도교육청은 7월 1일부터 2일까지 인제 스피디움 호텔에서 학생맞춤통합지원 ‘찾아가는 연수’ 운영을 위한 강사 역량강화 연수를 실시했다.

The Gangwon State Office of Education held a two-day instructor capacity-building workshop from July 1 to 2 at Inje Speedium Hotel to prepare trainers for its on-site Integrated Student Support training program.

학생맞춤통합지원은 학생들이 겪는 학습, 심리·정서, 복지, 생활, 진로 등 다양한 어려움을 조기에 발견하고, 학교와 교육지원청, 지역사회가 협력하여 학생에게 필요한 지원을 통합적으로 제공하는 교육지원 시스템이다.

Integrated Student Support is an educational support system designed to identify students' academic, emotional, psychological, welfare, daily life, and career-related challenges at an early stage, while connecting schools, local education offices, and community organizations to provide coordinated and comprehensive assistance.

이번 연수는 학생맞춤통합지원 정책이 학교 현장에 안정적으로 정착할 수 있도록 찾아가는 연수 강사진의 전문성과 운영 역량을 높이기 위해 마련되었다.

The workshop was organized to strengthen the expertise and instructional capacity of trainers who will deliver on-site school training, ensuring the successful implementation of the Integrated Student Support policy across schools.

도교육청은 이번 연수를 통해 강사진이 공동으로 활용할 수 있는 표준 교안을 마련하고, 학교 연수에 활용할 표준 강의안과 활동지, 실제 사례, 질의응답 자료 등을 개발하는 방안을 논의했다. 또한 강의 시연과 상호 피드백을 통해 실제 연수 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 다양한 상황에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있도록 실습 중심 프로그램을 운영했다.

During the training, participants collaborated on developing standardized lesson plans, presentation materials, activity sheets, case studies, and Q&A resources that can be shared by all instructors. Practice teaching sessions and peer feedback were also conducted to strengthen instructors' ability to respond effectively to real classroom situations.

이번 연수를 수료한 강사진은 앞으로 신청 학교를 직접 방문해 학생맞춤통합지원 찾아가는 연수를 운영할 예정이다. 해당 연수는 교직원들이 학생맞춤통합지원 체계를 이해하고, 위기 학생을 조기에 발견하며 협력적 지원 체계를 구축할 수 있도록 현장 적용 중심으로 진행된다.

Instructors who complete this program will visit participating schools to deliver the Integrated Student Support training. The program focuses on helping educators understand the support system, identify at-risk students early, and build collaborative support networks within their schools.

도교육청은 이번 연수를 통해 강원형 학생맞춤통합지원 정책에 대한 이해를 높이고, 표준화된 교안을 기반으로 연수의 일관성과 품질을 확보할 것으로 기대하고 있다. 또한 강사진의 현장 중심 강의 역량을 강화하고 지속적인 연수 품질 관리 체계도 마련할 계획이다.

The Office of Education expects this initiative to deepen understanding of Gangwon's Integrated Student Support policy while ensuring consistency and quality through standardized instructional materials. It also plans to establish an ongoing quality management system and further strengthen instructors' field-oriented teaching capabilities.

#송수경 인성생활교육과장은 “이번 강사 역량강화 연수는 학생맞춤통합지원 체계를 학교 현장에 안정적으로 확산하기 위한 중요한 과정”이라며 “표준화된 연수 자료와 강사진의 전문성을 바탕으로 신청 학교를 직접 찾아가 현장 중심 연수를 운영하고, 학생 한 명 한 명에게 필요한 지원이 적기에 이루어질 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 말했다.

Song Soo-kyung, Director of the Character and Student Life Education Division, said, "This instructor training is a crucial step toward establishing the Integrated Student Support system in schools. With standardized training materials and highly qualified instructors, we will deliver practical on-site training directly to schools and ensure that every student receives the timely support they need."
