동해시는 지난 6월 19일, 동해시청소년센터 세미나실에서 1388청소년지원단을 대상으로 관계형성 역량강화 교육 「마음마중」을 진행했다. 이번 교육은 위기청소년 곁에 더 따뜻하게 다가가기 위한 작은 배움의 시간이었다.

On June 19, Donghae City held the “Heart Welcome” training program for members of the 1388 Youth Support Group at the Donghae Youth Center. The session was designed to help participants approach at-risk youth with greater warmth, understanding, and care.

#토브심리상담연구소 이정호 소장의 강의로 진행된 이번 교육은 관심과 공감, 소통을 통한 관계 형성을 주제로 펼쳐졌다. 참가자들은 청소년과 신뢰를 쌓는 방법과 효과적인 대화 기술을 배우며, 서로의 마음을 이해하는 소중한 시간을 가졌다.

Led by Director Lee Jeong-ho of Tob Psychological Counseling Institute, the training focused on building meaningful relationships through care, empathy, and communication. Participants learned practical ways to earn young people's trust and improve communication skills while deepening their understanding of youth perspectives.

집단상담 활동과 다양한 참여형 프로그램을 통해 지원단은 위기청소년 지원 과정에서 필요한 실천 역량을 높였으며, 서로 협력하는 지역사회 안전망의 중요성을 다시 한번 확인했다.

Through group counseling activities and interactive programs, participants strengthened their practical skills in supporting vulnerable youth. The training also highlighted the importance of cooperation and community-based networks that help young people find support when they need it most.

#천수정 체육교육과장은 “1388청소년지원단은 위기청소년을 조기에 발견하고 필요한 서비스를 연결하는 중요한 역할을 하고 있다”며 “이번 교육이 청소년들에게 더욱 따뜻하고 효과적인 지원으로 이어지길 바란다”고 전했다.

Cheon Su-jeong, Director of the Sports and Education Division, emphasized that the 1388 Youth Support Group plays a vital role in identifying at-risk youth early and connecting them with essential services. She expressed hope that the training would become a foundation for providing more compassionate and effective support.
