푸른 바다와 산이 어우러진 동해시가 생명의 시작을 더욱 건강하고 따뜻하게 응원한다. 단순한 복지 지원을 넘어, 임신과 출산의 여정을 함께하는 ‘동해형 임산부 종합지원 정책’이 시민들의 관심을 모으고 있다.

건강한 엄마, 건강한 아이를 위한 친환경 선물

A Sustainable Gift for Mothers and Babies

동해시는 「2026년 임산부 친환경농산물 지원사업」을 통해 신청일 기준 동해시에 주소를 둔 임산부와 2025년 1월 1일 이후 출산한 산모 225명을 지원한다.

Through the 2026 Eco-Friendly Agricultural Products Support Program, Donghae City will provide assistance to 225 pregnant women and mothers who have given birth since January 1, 2025, and currently reside in Donghae.

선정된 대상자는 연간 24만 원 상당의 친환경농산물을 지원받을 수 있으며, 본인 부담금은 20%인 4만8천 원이다. 신선한 채소와 과일, 건강한 먹거리가 엄마와 아이의 식탁으로 전해진다.

Selected beneficiaries will receive eco-friendly agricultural products worth KRW 240,000 annually, with a personal contribution of KRW 48,000. Fresh vegetables, fruits, and healthy foods will nourish both mother and child.

출산 전부터 산후 회복까지

Supporting Every Step of Motherhood

동해시는 단순히 농산물을 지원하는 데 그치지 않는다. 보건소를 중심으로 임산부 등록관리, 산전·산후 건강관리, 엽산제 및 철분제 지원, 예비부모 건강교실 운영 등 생애주기별 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하고 있다.

The city goes beyond food support by offering comprehensive maternal healthcare services, including prenatal and postnatal care, folic acid and iron supplements, pregnancy registration programs, and educational classes for expecting parents.

특히 올해부터는 ‘행복한 예비부모 건강교실’을 기존 2기에서 3기로 확대 운영해 건강한 출산 준비를 돕고 있다.

This year, Donghae expanded its “Happy Expecting Parents Health Class” from two to three sessions, providing even more opportunities for families to prepare for a healthy birth.

Creating a City Where Families Thrive

동해시는 2025년부터 소득 수준과 관계없이 출산 산모에게 최대 50만 원의 산후조리비를 지역화폐로 지원하고 있다.

Since 2025, all mothers giving birth in Donghae have been eligible to receive up to KRW 500,000 in postpartum recovery support, provided through local currency regardless of income level.

또한 출산장려금 지급과 함께 저소득 임산부 가정을 위한 에너지바우처 지원을 통해 냉·난방비 부담까지 덜어주고 있다.

In addition, childbirth incentives and energy vouchers help reduce household expenses, including heating and cooling costs for low-income families with pregnant women.

#김정윤 부시장은 “임산부 친환경농산물 지원사업은 건강한 먹거리 지원과 친환경 가치 확산을 함께 실현하는 의미 있는 사업”이라며 “임신 전 건강관리부터 출산, 산후 회복, 양육환경 조성까지 실질적인 도움이 되는 정책을 지속적으로 확대하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Vice Mayor Kim Jeong-yoon emphasized that the program not only promotes healthy nutrition for mothers and babies but also encourages sustainable consumption. He reaffirmed the city's commitment to expanding practical support from pre-pregnancy health management to childbirth, recovery, and childcare.
