‘국내 역사학 교수진 참여’ 동해시, 역사 인문학 강좌 수강생 모집

 동해시는 시민들의 인문학적 소양 함양과 역사적 통찰력 확대를 위해 평생학습 특성화 프로그램 「역사꽃이 피었습니다」 수강생을 오는 6월 15일까지 모집한다고 밝혔다.

Donghae announced that it is recruiting participants until June 15 for its specialized lifelong learning humanities program, “History Blossoms”, designed to enhance citizens’ historical insight and cultural literacy.

이번 프로그램은 우리 역사 속 주요 인물과 사건을 현대적 시각에서 재조명해 시민들이 삶의 지혜와 리더십, 국제 정세를 바라보는 안목을 키울 수 있도록 기획됐다.

 The program is designed to reinterpret major historical figures and events from Korean history through a modern lens, helping participants develop wisdom, leadership, and a broader understanding of global affairs.

교육은 6월 22일부터 7월 15일까지 매주 월·수요일 오후 7시부터 9시까지 총 7회 과정으로 운영된다.

 Classes will run for seven sessions from June 22 to July 15, every Monday and Wednesday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

강의에는 서울시립대 이익주 교수, 경희대 강인욱 교수, 명지대 한명기 교수, 건국대 신병주 교수 등 국내 대표 역사학 교수진이 참여한다.

 Renowned Korean historians and professors will participate in the lecture series, including Professor Lee Ik-joo of the University of Seoul, Professor Kang In-wook of Kyung Hee University, Professor Han Myung-ki of Myongji University, and Professor Shin Byung-joo of Konkuk University.

주요 강의 내용은 고려의 생존 전략과 조직 운영, 강대국 사이 외교 전략, 환동해·유라시아 문화교류, 병자호란 속 조선의 선택, 조선 왕들의 리더십 등 역사 속 다양한 사례를 중심으로 진행될 예정이다.

Lecture topics include Goryeo’s survival strategies and organizational systems, diplomatic strategies between powerful nations, cultural exchanges across the East Sea and Eurasia, Joseon’s decisions during the Manchu invasions, and leadership lessons from Joseon kings.
