“강원의 미래 음악가들, 세계를 향해 연주하다” 2026 대관령아카데미 ‘찾아가는 마스터클래스’ 본격 운영

5월 20일 봉의고등학교 피아니스트 정태양, 5월 22일 강원예술고등학교 클라리네티스트 장재영과 함께하는 특별 음악교육 프로그램.

강원문화재단 대관령음악제운영실은 2026 대관령아카데미 연중 교육프로그램인 ‘찾아가는 마스터클래스’를 오는 5월 20일과 22일 각각 진행한다고 밝혔다. 이번 프로그램은 강원 지역 고등학교 음악 전공 학생들이 국내 정상급 음악가와 직접 만나 레슨을 받으며 음악적 역량과 예술적 감수성을 키울 수 있도록 마련됐다.

The Daegwallyeong Music Festival Office under the Gangwon Cultural Foundation announced that it will host the 2026 Daegwallyeong Academy’s year-round educational program, “Visiting Masterclasses,” on May 20 and May 22. The program is designed to provide music-major high school students in Gangwon Province with opportunities to receive direct instruction from leading Korean musicians, helping them enhance both technical skills and artistic sensitivity.

Bongui High School to Host Pianist Jeong Tae-yang’s Masterclass

5월 20일(수)에는 봉의고등학교에서 피아니스트 정태양의 마스터클래스가 열린다. 정태양은 국립오페라단 솔리스트 코치를 역임했으며 현재 숭실대학교, 중앙대학교, 한국예술종합학교 등에서 후학 양성에 힘쓰고 있다.

On Wednesday, May 20, pianist Jeong Tae-yang will conduct a masterclass at Bongui High School. Jeong previously served as a soloist coach for the Korea National Opera and currently teaches at Soongsil University, Chung-Ang University, and Korea National University of Arts.

#정태양은 “피아니스트의 레퍼토리는 협주곡, 실내악, 가곡, 오페라, 발레 등 클래식 음악 전 장르를 아우르는 방대한 세계”라며 “학생들이 현재 연주 중인 작품을 더 넓은 음악적 상상력 속에서 탐구하는 시간이 되길 바란다”고 전했다.

Jeong stated, “A pianist’s repertoire encompasses an immense world including concertos, chamber music, art songs, opera, and ballet. I hope this masterclass becomes an opportunity for students to explore their current works within a broader musical imagination.”

이번 클래스에는 봉의고등학교 재학생 박은빈(3학년), 이영(2학년), 나승현(2학년)이 참여한다. 학생들은 각각 베토벤 ‘피아노 소나타 제4번 E플랫장조 Op.7’, 리스트 ‘초절기교 연습곡 제10번 f단조 S.139’, 라흐마니노프 ‘피아노 소나타 제2번 B플랫 단조 Op.36’을 연주할 예정이다.

Students participating in the class include Park Eun-bin (Grade 12), Lee Young (Grade 11), and Na Seung-hyun (Grade 11). They will perform Beethoven’s Piano Sonata No.4 in E-flat Major, Op.7, Liszt’s Transcendental Étude No.10 in F Minor, S.139, and Rachmaninoff’s Piano Sonata No.2 in B-flat Minor, Op.36, respectively.

강원예술고등학교, 클라리네티스트 장재영과의 만남

Gangwon Arts High School to Welcome Clarinetist Jang Jae-young

5월 22일(금)에는 강원예술고등학교에서 클라리네티스트 장재영의 마스터클래스가 진행된다. 장재영은 현재 춘천시립교향악단 수석 클라리네티스트로 활동 중이며 강원대학교, 예원학교, 서울예술고등학교 등에 출강하고 있다.

On Friday, May 22, clarinetist Jang Jae-young will lead a masterclass at Gangwon Arts High School. Jang currently serves as principal clarinetist of the Chuncheon Philharmonic Orchestra and teaches at Kangwon National University, Yewon School, and Seoul Arts High School.

#장재영은 “강원 지역 학생들과 음악으로 소통할 수 있는 기회가 생겨 매우 기쁘다”며 “짧은 시간이지만 서로 좋은 에너지를 나누는 의미 있는 시간이 되길 바란다”고 말했다.

Jang commented, “I am truly delighted to have the opportunity to communicate with students in Gangwon through music. Although the time is short, I hope it becomes a meaningful exchange filled with positive energy.”

강원예술고등학교에서는 이상욱(3학년)과 이률(1학년) 학생이 참여해 벨라 코바치의 ‘클라리넷 독주를 위한 리하르트 슈트라우스에 대한 오마주’와 칼 마리아 폰 베버의 ‘클라리넷 협주곡 제1번 3악장’을 연주한다.

At Gangwon Arts High School, students Lee Sang-wook (Grade 12) and Lee Yul (Grade 10) will perform Béla Kovács’ Hommage to Richard Strauss for Solo Clarinet and Carl Maria von Weber’s Clarinet Concerto No.1, 3rd Movement.

강원문화재단은 이번 프로그램이 지역 음악 인재들에게 수준 높은 예술교육 기회를 제공하고, 미래 음악가로 성장할 수 있는 동기를 부여하는 계기가 될 것으로 기대하고 있다.

The Gangwon Cultural Foundation expects the program to provide valuable artistic education opportunities for young musicians in the region and inspire them to grow into future professional artists.
