“안전은 원칙으로, 청렴은 문화로” 동해해수청, 건설현장 안전·청렴 간담회 개최

동해지방해양수산청, 건설현장 안전사고 및 청렴문화 정착 위한 간담회 개최

동해지방해양수산청 Holds Meeting to Strengthen Construction Site Safety and Integrity Culture

동해지방해양수산청(청장 김채균)은 오는 5월 19일, 관내 주요 건설공사 현장 관계자들과 함께 안전관리 강화 및 청렴문화 정착을 위한 건설공사 관계자 간담회를 개최한다고 밝혔다.

The 동해지방해양수산청 announced that it will hold a meeting on May 19 with officials from major construction sites in the region to strengthen safety management and establish a culture of integrity in construction works.

이번 간담회는 특히 중대재해 발생 시 조치 방법(로드맵)에 대한 특별교육을 통해 현장 안전 인식도를 높이는 데 중점을 둘 예정이다.

The meeting will particularly focus on improving on-site safety awareness through special training on response procedures and roadmaps in the event of major industrial accidents.

또한 공정하고 투명한 건설환경 조성을 위해 모든 참석자가 참여하는 ‘부패방지 서약’을 실시해 금품·향응 수수 금지 등 청렴 실천 의지를 다질 계획이다.

In addition, all participants will take part in an “Anti-Corruption Pledge” to reinforce their commitment to integrity, including the prohibition of receiving money, gifts, or entertainment, in order to foster a fair and transparent construction environment.

아울러 건설 현장의 근로 여건을 공유하고 현장의 애로사항 및 건의사항을 직접 청취해 향후 현장 관리 정책에 반영함으로써 건설 행정의 실효성을 높일 방침이다.

The agency also plans to improve the effectiveness of construction administration by sharing working conditions at construction sites and directly listening to difficulties and suggestions from field personnel, which will be reflected in future site management policies.

동해지방해양수산청 관계자는 “이번 간담회를 통해 건설 현장의 안전사고를 선제적으로 예방하고 청렴한 건설 문화를 정착시키는 계기가 되길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 현장과의 지속적인 소통을 통해 원활한 사업 추진과 재정 집행에 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.

An official from the 동해지방해양수산청 stated, “We hope this meeting will serve as an opportunity to proactively prevent safety accidents at construction sites and establish a culture of integrity in the construction sector,” adding, “We will continue to communicate closely with the field to ensure smooth project implementation and efficient budget execution.”
