강원특별자치도가 처음으로 ‘외국인 친화 우수기관 선정’ 사업을 시작합니다.

이곳을 스쳐 지나가는 공간이 아닌,

머물고 싶은 삶의 터전으로 만들기 위한 작은 첫걸음입니다.

Gangwon State is launching, for the first time,

a program to recognize “Foreigner-Friendly Outstanding Institutions.”

It is a small but meaningful step

toward transforming the region from a place people pass through

into a place they choose to stay.

Creating an Environment Where We Live Together

이번 사업은 단순한 평가가 아닙니다.

외국인 주민이 지역사회 속에서

더 편안하게 생활하고 일할 수 있도록

따뜻한 환경을 만들어 온 기관과 사업체를 발굴하는 과정입니다.

This initiative is not just about evaluation.

It is about discovering organizations and businesses

that have built welcoming environments

where foreign residents can live and work with ease.

선정 대상은 기업, 공공기관, 그리고

음식점·부동산·행정서비스와 같은 생활밀착 업종까지 포함됩니다.

외국인을 위한 안내 한마디,

편리한 정보 제공 하나가

누군가에게는 삶의 방향을 바꾸는 경험이 되기도 합니다.

Eligible applicants include corporations, public institutions,

and everyday service providers such as restaurants,

real estate agencies, and administrative services.

A simple phrase of guidance,

or accessible information,

can become a life-changing moment for someone.

정착을 돕는 보이지 않는 힘

The Invisible Force that Supports Settlement

평가는 고용환경, 정책 기여도,

외국어 응대 시스템 등 다양한 요소를 종합적으로 살펴봅니다.

결국 중요한 것은 ‘얼마나 함께 살아갈 준비가 되어 있는가’입니다.

Evaluations will consider various aspects,

including employment conditions, policy contributions,

and multilingual support systems.

At its core, the question is simple:

How ready are we to live together?

작은 인정이 만드는 큰 변화

Small Recognition, Big Change

선정된 기관에는 도지사 명의의 지정서와 현판이 수여되고,

공식 채널을 통한 홍보와 정책 연계 지원이 이어집니다.

작은 인정이지만,

그 변화는 지역 전체로 퍼져 나갈 것입니다.

Selected institutions will receive official certification and plaques

from the Governor, along with promotional support

through official channels and policy linkages.

Though it may seem like a small recognition,

its impact will ripple across the entire region.

The Door is Open for Participation

신청은 4월 30일부터 5월 29일까지 진행됩니다.

방문, 우편, 이메일—방법은 다양하지만

그 안에 담긴 마음은 하나입니다.

Applications will be accepted from April 30 to May 29

via in-person visits, mail, or email.

The methods may differ,

but the intention remains the same.
