“성적 평가가 바뀐다”…강원교육청, ‘성취평가 혁신’ 교사 총동원 연수 돌입

Gangwon State Office of Education Holds 2026 Integrated Training for “Deobaewoom” Instruction & Assessment Support Group

강원특별자치도교육청은 4월 24일(금)부터 25일(토)까지 이틀간 속초 라마다호텔에서 ‘2026학년도 더배움수업·평가지원단 통합연수’를 운영했다.

The Gangwon State Office of Education will conduct the “2026 Integrated Training for the Deobaewoom Instruction and Assessment Support Group” over two days, from April 24 (Fri) to April 25 (Sat), at the Ramada Hotel in Sokcho.

이번 연수는 2026학년도 더배움수업·평가지원단을 대상으로 진행되며, 주요 내용은 △2026학년도 학업성적관리 시행지침 및 학생평가 방향 △성취평가제의 이해 △고등학교 성취평가 모니터링 사례 △학생평가 컨설팅의 방향 등이다.

This training targets members of the 2026 Deobaewoom Instruction and Assessment Support Group. Key topics include △academic record management guidelines and student assessment directions for 2026 △understanding the achievement-based evaluation system △monitoring cases of high school achievement evaluations △strategies for student assessment consulting.

이번 연수는 중등 교원의 성취평가 이해도를 높이고, 성취평가제 운영의 내실화를 도모하기 위해 마련됐다.

The program was designed to enhance secondary school teachers’ understanding of the achievement-based evaluation system and to strengthen the quality of its implementation.

또한 성취기준 기반 교수학습·평가 계획서 작성 역량을 강화하고, 교원의 학생평가 역량 강화 연수 운영 방향을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다.

It also aims to improve teachers’ ability to develop teaching, learning, and assessment plans based on achievement standards, while exploring effective directions for strengthening teacher competency in student evaluation.

특히 성취평가 및 서·논술형 평가 연수 강사로서의 전문성 강화와 함께, 2026학년도 학교급별 학생평가 컨설팅 운영 방안을 협의하는 시간도 마련된다.

In particular, the training will enhance instructors’ expertise in achievement-based and essay-type assessments, and include discussions on student assessment consulting strategies by school level for the 2026 academic year.

아울러 도교육청은 성취평가와 교수학습·평가 계획서 수립 지원을 통해 학교 현장의 실무적 요구를 반영한 현장 중심 연수를 운영할 계획이다.

In addition, the Office of Education plans to provide field-oriented training that reflects practical needs in schools by supporting achievement evaluation and the development of teaching-learning and assessment plans.

#김성래 중등교육과장은 “성취평가제의 안정적 안착과 학생평가의 내실화를 위해 더배움수업·평가지원단의 역량 강화가 매우 중요하다”라며, “지원단을 통한 학교 현장 밀착형 컨설팅으로 강원 학생들의 학습 성장을 적극 지원하겠다”라고 말했다.

Kim Sung-rae, Director of Secondary Education, stated, “Strengthening the capabilities of the Deobaewoom Instruction and Assessment Support Group is crucial for the stable implementation of the achievement-based evaluation system and the enhancement of student assessments,” adding, “Through close, field-based consulting, we will actively support the academic growth of students in Gangwon.”
