강원인재원, 평생교육이용권 신청자 2차 모집… 1인당 35만 원 지원
Gangwon Talent Development Institute Opens 2nd Round of Lifelong Learning Voucher Applications… KRW 350,000 per Person
강원특별자치도와 강원인재원은 교육 격차 해소와 평생학습 기회 확대를 위해 「2026년 강원 평생교육이용권」 신청자 2차 모집을 오는 4월 27일부터 5월 8일까지 진행한다고 밝혔다.
Gangwon State and the Gangwon Talent Development Institute announced that they will conduct the second round of applications for the “2026 Gangwon Lifelong Learning Voucher” from April 27 to May 8, aiming to reduce educational disparities and expand lifelong learning opportunities.
‘강원 평생교육이용권’은 도내 성인 3,205명에게 연간 1인당 35만 원의 평생교육 수강료 및 교재비를 지원하는 사업이다. 1차 모집에서는 저소득층과 장애인 등 총 1,833명이 선정됐다.
The “Gangwon Lifelong Learning Voucher” program provides KRW 350,000 per person annually to 3,205 adults in the province for course fees and learning materials. In the first round, a total of 1,833 beneficiaries, including low-income individuals and persons with disabilities, were selected.
이번 2차 모집 대상은 총 1,372명으로, 저소득층과 장애인뿐만 아니라 19세 이상 강원특별자치도민 누구나 신청할 수 있다. 신청자는 일반(지역특화) 유형과 장애인 유형으로 구분된다.
The second round aims to select 1,372 applicants. Not only low-income individuals and persons with disabilities but all residents aged 19 or older in Gangwon State are eligible to apply. Applicants will be categorized into general (region-specific) and disability types.
일반(지역특화) 이용권은 19세 이상 도민을 대상으로 하며, 장애인 이용권은 등록장애인을 대상으로 한다. 기초생활수급자와 차상위계층이 우선 선발된다.
The general (region-specific) voucher is available to residents aged 19 or older, while the disability voucher is for registered persons with disabilities. Priority will be given to basic livelihood recipients and the near-poverty class.
신청은 이용권 유형에 따라 강원 평생교육이용권 홈페이지 또는 보조금24를 통해 가능하며, 시군 평생학습부서를 통한 방문 신청도 가능하다. 선정은 온라인 추첨 방식으로 진행되며, 결과는 5월 중 개별 통보된다.
Applications can be submitted via the Gangwon Lifelong Learning Voucher website or the Subsidy24 platform, depending on the voucher type. In-person applications are also available at local lifelong learning departments. Selection will be conducted through an online lottery, and results will be individually notified in May.
