따뜻한 봄바람이 스며드는 4월, 동해의 아이들은 교실을 넘어 마을로 나갑니다. 낯선 공간이 아닌, 익숙한 일상 속에서 배우는 안전. 동해교육지원청이 준비한 ‘그린존 안전캠프’는 아이들의 하루에 작은 배움과 큰 안심을 더합니다.

In the gentle warmth of April, children in Donghae step beyond their classrooms into their community. Safety is no longer a distant lesson, but something learned within the rhythm of everyday life. The “Green Zone Safety Camp” brings small lessons and a deep sense of reassurance into each child’s day.

이번 캠프는 유치원과 초등학교를 자연스럽게 잇는 체험형 교육입니다. 소방안전, 교통안전, 응급처치, 지진 대피까지—아이들은 직접 보고, 만지고, 몸으로 익히며 ‘안전’을 생활의 일부로 받아들입니다. 배움은 머리가 아닌, 몸과 마음에 남습니다.

This camp is an experiential program that seamlessly connects kindergarten and elementary education. From fire safety and traffic awareness to first aid and earthquake evacuation, children learn by seeing, touching, and doing. Safety becomes not just knowledge, but a habit engraved in both body and mind.

특히 어린이집과 유치원, 학교가 함께 참여하는 이번 프로그램은 ‘아이를 함께 키우는 마을’이라는 메시지를 담고 있습니다. 교육과 보육의 경계를 넘어, 지역이 하나의 울타리가 되어 아이들을 지켜냅니다.

With the participation of daycare centers, kindergartens, and schools, this program embodies the idea of “a village raising a child together.” Beyond the boundaries of education and care, the community becomes a shared fence of protection around every child.
