“학부모가 움직였다”…춘천교육, ‘성장·학력·AI’ 3대 전면 개편 신호탄

춘천교육지원청(교육장 장진호)은 3월 31일 춘천교육지원청 3층 대회의실에서 ‘2026 학부모와 함께하는 교육장 대화마당’을 개최했다.

The Chuncheon Office of Education (Superintendent Jang Jin-ho) held the “2026 Dialogue Forum with Parents” on March 31 at the main conference hall on the 3rd floor of the office.

이번 대화마당은 춘천 지역 초·중·고·특수학교 학부모 대표 60여 명과 교육장 및 주요 부서 관계자들이 참석한 가운데, 학생 성장을 위한 가정과 학교의 행복한 동행을 주제로 마련됐다.

The forum brought together around 60 parent representatives from elementary, middle, high, and special schools in Chuncheon, along with key officials, under the theme of fostering a happy partnership between families and schools for student growth.

행사는 2026 춘천교육 설명회와 교육장과의 대화마당으로 구성되었으며, 지역 교육 현안을 공유하고 협력 방안을 모색하는 소통의 장으로 운영됐다.

The event consisted of a 2026 education briefing and an open dialogue session, serving as a platform to discuss local educational issues and explore collaborative solutions.

춘천교육지원청은 이날 2026년 주요 정책 방향과 특색사업을 공유했다. 특히 ‘수(數)수(秀) 춘천’ 사업을 통해 수학·영어 멘토링, 수준별 맞춤 학습 지원, 수학 레벨업 캠프 및 클리닉 교실 등을 운영하며 기초학력 향상에 집중하고 있다고 밝혔다.

During the session, the office presented its key policies and flagship programs for 2026. Notably, the “Su(Soo) Su(Su) Chuncheon” initiative focuses on improving foundational academic skills through math and English mentoring, level-based learning support, math camps, and clinic programs.

또한 ‘CCAI(춘천AI)’를 통한 AI 인재 육성, 상호존중 프로젝트를 통한 학교문화 개선, ‘힘내봄내’ 학생맞춤통합지원, 그리고 ‘춘천더나은교육지구’를 기반으로 한 민·관·학 협력 모델도 함께 소개됐다.

The office also introduced initiatives such as “CCAI (Chuncheon AI)” for nurturing AI talent, the mutual respect project for improving school culture, “Himnaebomnae” for integrated student support, and the “Better Chuncheon Education District” model based on public-private-academic collaboration.

학부모들은 학교 현장에서 느끼는 다양한 교육 현안과 학생 지원 방안에 대해 의견을 제시했으며, 교육지원청은 이를 정책과 실행계획에 반영하겠다고 밝혔다.

Parents actively shared their perspectives on educational challenges and student support, and the office pledged to reflect these opinions in future policies and action plans.

이번 행사는 단순한 의견 수렴을 넘어, 학교·가정·교육지원청이 역할을 공유하며 협력 기반을 강화하는 계기가 됐다.

The forum went beyond simple feedback collection, serving as an opportunity to strengthen collaboration by clarifying the roles of schools, families, and the education office.

한 학부모는 “교육 정책을 직접 듣고 의견을 나누며 학부모도 협력의 주체임을 느꼈다”며 “아이들의 학력과 인성, 진로, 복지가 균형 있게 성장하도록 가정에서도 적극 협력하겠다”고 말했다.

One parent commented, “By hearing the policies firsthand and sharing opinions, I realized that parents are also key partners. We will actively cooperate to support our children’s balanced growth in academics, character, career, and well-being.”

#장진호 교육장은 “학생 한 명 한 명의 성장을 위해 학교와 학부모의 신뢰와 협력이 필수적”이라며 “춘천만의 특색 있는 교육정책으로 아이들의 배움과 성장을 촘촘히 지원하겠다”고 강조했다.

Superintendent Jang Jin-ho emphasized, “Trust and cooperation between schools and parents are essential for each student’s growth. We will continue to support students’ learning and development through Chuncheon’s distinctive educational policies.”

춘천교육지원청은 앞으로도 학부모와의 지속적인 소통을 통해 정책 실효성을 높이고 학생 중심 교육을 강화할 계획이다.
