동해시 분토마을영농조합, 행안부 ‘2026 신규 마을기업’ 지정… 전통 장류 농촌체험 활성화

전통 장류 기반 농촌체험 활성화 기대
Donghae Bunto Village Farming Cooperative Designated as a 2026 “New Village Enterprise” by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety Traditional Fermented Sauce–Based Rural Experience Programs Expected to Revitalize Local Tourism

동해시 관내 예비 마을기업인 분토마을영농조합법인이 행정안전부가 주관하는 2026년 신규 마을기업으로 최종 지정됐다.

The Bunto Village Farming Cooperative, a preliminary village enterprise in Donghae City, has been officially designated as a 2026 New Village Enterprise by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.

분토마을영농조합법인은 지난 2018년 ‘기업형 새농촌 도약마을’로 선정되며 장류 제조공장과 음식 체험관을 갖춘 농촌 체험마을 모델을 구축했다.

The cooperative was first recognized in 2018 as a “New Rural Leap Village”, establishing a rural experience model equipped with a traditional fermented sauce production facility and a food experience center.

이후 2024년에는 강원특별자치도 인증 예비 마을기업으로 지정되어 사업성과 공동체성을 인정받았으며, 매출 증가와 사업 안정화 성과를 바탕으로 이번 정식 마을기업 지정까지 이어졌다.

In 2024, it was designated as a Preliminary Village Enterprise by Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province, receiving recognition for its community value and business performance, which ultimately led to this official village enterprise designation.

이번 지정으로 분토마을영농조합은 최대 5천만 원의 사업비와 함께 경영교육과 컨설팅 등 역량 강화 지원을 받게 된다.

With this designation, the cooperative will receive up to 50 million KRW in project funding, along with management training and consulting support to strengthen its operational capacity.

지원금은 마을 진입로 정비, 관광객 쉼터 조성, 장류 생산 장비 구입 등에 활용될 예정이다.

The funding will be used for improving village access roads, creating rest areas for visitors, and purchasing equipment for fermented sauce production.

분토마을영농조합은 주민들이 직접 재배한 농산물을 활용해 전통 장류를 제조·판매하고 있으며, 체험 프로그램과 연계한 농촌관광을 통해 마을 소득 창출과 지역경제 활성화를 도모할 계획이다.

The cooperative produces and sells traditional fermented sauces using crops grown by local residents, while promoting rural tourism programs that aim to increase village income and revitalize the local economy.

#임성빈 동해시 경제과장은 “이번 지정은 동해시 마을기업의 자생력과 경쟁력을 중앙정부로부터 인정받은 결과”라며 “앞으로도 지역 특색을 살린 마을기업 발굴과 육성을 통해 주민 소득 창출과 지역경제 활성화를 적극 지원하겠다”고 말했다.

Lim Seong-bin, head of Donghae City’s Economic Affairs Division, stated,

“This designation reflects the central government’s recognition of the sustainability and competitiveness of Donghae’s village enterprises. We will continue to discover and nurture village enterprises that reflect local characteristics to help increase residents’ income and revitalize the regional economy.”

한편 현재 동해시에는 동쪽바다중앙시장협동조합, 신흥마을영농조합, 청록양봉영농조합, 묵호바다협동조합, 분토마을영농조합 등 총 5개 마을기업이 운영되고 있다.

Currently, Donghae City operates five village enterprises, including the Dongjjokbada Jungang Market Cooperative, Sinheung Village Farming Cooperative, Cheongrok Beekeeping Cooperative, Mukho Sea Cooperative, and Bunto Village Farming Cooperative.
