동해시, 설 연휴 대비 ‘종합대책상황반 교육’ 실시

동해시는 설 연휴 기간 중 각종 안전사고와 시민 불편에 신속히 대응하기 위해 2월 10일 오후 4시, 본청 2층 회의실에서 ‘설 연휴 종합대책상황반 교육’을 실시했다.

Donghae City conducted a “Comprehensive Response Team Training Session for the Lunar New Year Holiday” at 4 p.m. on February 10 in the main building’s second-floor conference room to ensure prompt responses to potential safety incidents and citizen inconveniences during the holiday period.

이번 교육은 부시장이 주재한 가운데, 각 대책반 운영 부서장과 담당 팀장, 명절 당직사령 및 당직보좌관 등 총 40여 명이 참석해 연휴 기간 상황관리 전반에 대한 이해를 높이고 대응 역량을 강화하는 데 중점을 두고 진행됐다.

The training, presided over by the Vice Mayor, was attended by approximately 40 officials, including department heads in charge of response teams, team leaders, and holiday duty officers. The session focused on enhancing overall understanding of situation management and strengthening response capabilities during the holiday.

교육 내용은 ▲설 연휴 종합대책상황반 운영체계 및 근무방법 ▲종합상황실과 분야별 대책반의 주요 역할 ▲재난안전, 교통·주차, 쓰레기 수거 등 분야별 대응 방안 ▲상황 및 민원 접수·전파, 상황보고 절차 ▲비상상황 발생 시 대응 및 보고체계 등을 종합적으로 다뤘다.

The training covered a wide range of topics, including ▲the operational framework and work procedures of the comprehensive response team ▲the roles of the central situation room and sector-specific teams ▲response measures for disaster safety, traffic and parking management, and waste collection ▲procedures for receiving and reporting incidents and civil complaints ▲and reporting systems for emergency situations.

특히 연휴 기간 발생할 수 있는 각종 안전사고와 생활 불편 사항에 대비해 초기 대응의 중요성을 강조하고, 부서 간 유기적인 협조 체계를 통한 신속하고 체계적인 업무 처리 방안을 공유했다.

In particular, the session emphasized the importance of early response to potential safety incidents and daily-life inconveniences during the holiday, and shared strategies for swift and systematic handling of situations through close interdepartmental cooperation.

#채시병 행정과장은 “설 연휴 기간 중 발생할 수 있는 각종 안전사고와 시민 불편에 신속하고 체계적으로 대응할 수 있도록 상황관리체계를 철저히 유지하겠다”며, “시민 모두가 안전하고 편안한 명절을 보낼 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

Chae Si-byeong, Head of the Administrative Affairs Division, stated, “We will maintain a thorough situation management system to respond promptly and systematically to any safety incidents or inconveniences that may arise during the Lunar New Year holiday,” adding, “We will do our utmost to ensure that all citizens can enjoy a safe and comfortable holiday.”
