강원도립대학교, 교직원 AI·DX 직무역량 강화 교육 5차례 실시.. 대학 행정 디지털 전환 본격화

강원도립대학교 혁신지원사업단은 급변하는 디지털 환경과 인공지능(AI) 기반 행정·교육 혁신에 대응하기 위해 교직원을 대상으로 한 AI·DX 직무역량 강화 프로그램을 체계적으로 운영하며, 대학 행정과 교육의 디지털 전환을 본격화하고 있다.

사업단은 지난 2025년 10월 30일, 11월 6일, 11월 18일, 11월 20일 등 총 4차례에 걸쳐 1차 ‘교직원 AI·DX 직무역량 강화 프로그램’을 운영했다. 이번 교육은 AI 도구 활용법과 인공지능 기반 업무 효율화 사례를 중심으로 한 실습형 교육으로 구성돼, 교직원들이 실제 행정 업무에 즉시 적용할 수 있는 실무 역량 강화에 중점을 두었다.

이러한 성과를 바탕으로 사업단은 2025년 12월 24일, 2차 ‘교직원 AI·DX 직무역량 전문성 강화 프로그램’을 연속 운영했다. 2차 교육은 ‘AI 실무입문과정’과 ‘AI 심화역량과정’ 등 2개 과정으로 구성해, 교직원의 직무 수준과 역량을 고려한 단계별 맞춤형 교육과정으로 설계·운영됐다.

강원도립대학교는 이번 총 5차례의 AI·DX 직무역량 강화 교육에 60여 명의 교직원이 참여하는 등 높은 관심과 호응 속에 프로그램을 운영했다. 대학은 이를 통해 교직원 개개인의 디지털 기반 직무 전문성과 실무 적용 능력을 높이는 한편, 3주기 전문대학 혁신지원사업과 연계한 AI·디지털 기반 행정 교육을 지속 확대해 대학 행정 전반의 디지털 전환과 교육 혁신을 적극 추진해 나갈 계획이다.

Gangwon Provincial College, through its Innovation Support Project Group, is systematically operating AI and Digital Transformation (DX) capacity-building programs for faculty and staff in response to the rapidly changing digital environment and the growing demand for AI-driven innovation in administration and education.

The college held the first round of AI·DX training sessions across four dates—October 30, November 6, November 18, and November 20, 2025. These sessions focused on hands-on training, including the practical use of AI tools and real-world cases of AI-based workflow optimization, enabling participants to immediately apply what they learned to administrative tasks.

Building on these outcomes, the college conducted a second, advanced AI·DX training program on December 24, 2025. The program consisted of two tracks—“AI Practical Fundamentals” and “Advanced AI Competency”—designed as step-by-step, customized courses tailored to different job roles and skill levels among staff members.

Across all five sessions, more than 60 faculty and staff members participated, reflecting strong interest and engagement. Through these initiatives, the college aims to enhance individual digital competencies and practical application skills, while expanding AI- and digital-based administrative training linked to the third phase of the Junior College Innovation Support Project. Gangwon Provincial College plans to continue promoting comprehensive digital transformation and educational innovation across university administration.
