강원특별자치도교육청은 12월 5일(금), 강릉 세인트존스호텔에서 도내 중‧고등학교 교사 및 교감을 대상으로

‘2025년 중등 학력신장 프로그램 운영 사례 나눔 연수’를 개최했다.

On December 5th, the Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province Office of Education held the “2025 Secondary Academic Growth Program Sharing Workshop” at St. John’s Hotel in Gangneung, inviting middle and high school teachers and vice principals across the province.

Cultivating Self-Directed Learning: Reflecting on a Year of Practice

이번 연수는 올 한 해 학교 현장에서 추진된

‘스스로 공부하는 학교문화 만들기(스공학)’를 비롯한

여러 학력신장 프로그램의 운영 사례를 공유하고

2026년 추진 방향을 함께 모색하기 위해 마련되었다.

The workshop served as a space to share experiences from the year,

including the flagship initiative “Building a Self-Directed Learning School Culture,”

and to explore strategic directions for 2026.

By bringing diverse real-world experiences together,

the workshop strengthened school-to-school learning

and supported autonomous, field-driven implementation.

Toward Schools Where Students Grow on Their Own

도교육청은 앞으로도 학교급별 맞춤형 학력지원 체제를 공고히 하고,

학생 스스로 성장하는 학습문화를 구축하기 위한 지원을

지속적으로 확대할 계획이다.

The Office of Education plans to further solidify differentiated support systems

by school level and continue fostering environments

where students take ownership of their learning.

“이번 사례 나눔을 바탕으로 학교 현장의 요구를 반영한 정책을 체계적으로 추진해

학생 성장 중심의 학력지원 체제가 안정적으로 운영되도록 계속 지원하겠다.”

“Based on the insights shared today,” said Kim Seong-rae, Director of Secondary Education,

“we will refine policies that reflect the needs of the field

and continue supporting a stable, student-centered academic support system.”
