동해시학교밖청소년지원센터, 청소년안전망 시스템 활용 ‘우수기관’ 선정

1. 수상 소식 – 빠르고 임팩트 있게

동해시학교밖청소년지원센터가

‘2025 청소년안전망 시스템 활용 우수기관 표창 공모’에서

한국청소년상담복지개발원 이사장 표창을 수상했다.

이번 시상식은 11월 20일, 제주 휘닉스 아일랜드에서 열린

2025 학교밖청소년 지원사업 성과보고 대회에서 진행됐다.

from the Korea Youth Counseling & Welfare Institute

in the “2025 Youth Safety-Net System Excellence Award.”

The ceremony was held on November 20 at Phoenix Island, Jeju.

2. 청소년안전망이 뭐길래?

청소년안전망은 위기청소년을 국가 차원에서 보호하기 위한

통합 사례관리 플랫폼이다.

학교밖청소년지원센터, 상담복지센터, 쉼터, 자립지원관 등이

함께 사용하는 시스템이다.

The Youth Safety-Net System is a national integrated management platform

designed to support at-risk youth.

It is jointly used by Out-of-School Youth Centers, Counseling & Welfare Centers,

Youth Shelters, Self-Reliance Support Centers, and Healing Facilities.

3. 동해시 센터가 인정받은 이유

동해시센터는 위기청소년 발굴과 안전체계 강화를 위해

안전망 시스템을 적극적으로 활용해 왔다.

그 결과, 우수 사례 발굴, 기관 간 통합지원 연계 등에서

높은 평가를 받았다.

The Donghae center was recognized for its proactive use of the system

to identify at-risk teens early and strengthen support networks.

Its achievements in case discovery and cross-agency collaboration

were highlighted as model practices.

“유관기관과의 협력이 만든 결과”라며,

“앞으로도 위험에 노출된 청소년들이

건강하게 성장할 수 있도록 지원을 더 강화하겠다”고 말했다.

Cheon Su-jeong, head of the Physical Education Division, said,

“This award is the result of strong collaboration with partner agencies,”

adding that the city will continue strengthening support

so that vulnerable youth can grow up safely and healthily.
