강원특별자치도 청소년유해환경감시단 광역협의회 활동보고회 개최

Provincial Youth Harmful-Environment Monitoring Council Holds Annual Activity Report Session

강원특별자치도 청소년유해환경감시단 광역협의회는 2025년 11월 20일 오전 10시 30분, 강원특별자치도청 별관 4층 대강당에서 ‘2025 활동보고회’를 개최했다.

이번 행사는 광역협의회를 운영하고 있는 (사)동해YWCA가 주최했으며, 도내 15개 시·군에서 활동 중인 19개 청소년유해환경감시단 관계자 50여 명이 참석해 한 해 동안의 성과를 공유하고 향후 추진 방향을 논의했다.

올해 활동보고회는 각 지역 감시단의 연간 활동을 단순히 보고하는 수준을 넘어, 청소년 유해환경 문제의 심각성을 지역사회에 환기하고 보다 효과적인 대응 전략을 모색하는 의미 있는 자리로 마련됐다. 특히 최근 급증하고 있는 청소년 대상 사이버 범죄, 유해 매체 확산, 온라인 광고를 통한 신종 유해요소 증가 등 변화하는 환경 속에서 감시단의 역할이 더욱 중요해지고 있음을 강조했다.

또한 이날 보고회에서는 각 감시단이 서로의 우수사례를 공유하며 네트워크를 강화하고, 2026년 활동을 보다 체계적으로 준비할 수 있도록 격려하는 시간도 마련됐다.

강원특별자치도 청소년유해환경감시단은 앞으로도 청소년을 유해환경으로부터 보호하기 위한 현장 중심의 감시·계도 활동을 지속적으로 추진할 예정이며, 청소년 친화적 지역 환경 조성을 위한 협력과 교육 활동도 강화해 나갈 계획이다.

The Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province Youth Harmful-Environment Monitoring Council held its 2025 Annual Activity Report Session on November 20, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. in the main auditorium on the 4th floor of the Provincial Government Annex. The event was hosted by Donghae YWCA, which operates the provincial council, and brought together approximately 50 representatives from 19 youth monitoring groups active in 15 cities and counties across the province.

This year’s session went beyond presenting annual activity reports, serving as an important platform to raise public awareness of the growing severity of harmful environments affecting youth and to explore more effective response strategies. In particular, the council highlighted the increasing need for monitoring efforts in response to rising cybercrimes targeting youth, the spread of harmful online media, and emerging digital risks.

Participants also exchanged best practices, strengthened their collaborative network, and encouraged one another as they prepare for expanded activities in 2026.

The Gangwon Provincial Youth Harmful-Environment Monitoring teams will continue their on-site monitoring and guidance efforts to protect young people from harmful environments. They also plan to reinforce cooperative initiatives and educational programs aimed at creating a safer and more youth-friendly community.
