고성교육지원청-고성군청, 2025년도 고성군교육행정협의회(정기회) 개최

고성교육지원청(교육장 홍성봉)과 고성군청(군수 함명준)은 11월 17일(월) 오전 11시 고성교육지원청 대회의실에서 ‘2025년도 고성군교육행정협의회(정기회)’를 개최했다.

The Goseong Office of Education (Superintendent Hong Seong-bong) and Goseong County Office (County Mayor Ham Myeong-jun) held the “2025 Goseong Education Administration Council (Regular Meeting)” at 11 a.m. on Monday, November 17, at the main conference room of the Goseong Office of Education.

이번 협의회는 교육지원청과 군청 간 교육 발전 정책의 연계와 협력 강화를 통해 지역교육 기반 사업을 효율적으로 추진하기 위해 마련된 협력 기구로, 홍성봉 교육장과 함명준 군수가 공동의장을 맡아 회의를 주재했다.

The council serves as a cooperative body established to strengthen policy alignment and collaboration between the Office of Education and the county government, thereby ensuring effective implementation of local education initiatives. Superintendent Hong Seong-bong and County Mayor Ham Myeong-jun co-chaired the meeting.

이번 회의에서는 고성교육지원청에서 제안한 ‘교육경비 지원 비율 상향’ 안건과 고성군청에서 제안한 ‘청소년 체험 프로그램 운영 협조’ 등 2건의 주요 안건에 대해 실질적인 협력 방안을 논의했다.

During the meeting, the two parties discussed practical cooperation measures regarding two major agenda items: the Office of Education’s proposal to increase the proportion of educational expense support, and the county government’s request for cooperation on operating youth experiential programs.

특히, 양 기관은 지역 학생들의 학습권 보장과 교육복지 확대를 위한 재정 협력의 중요성에 공감하고, 향후 지속적인 협의와 공동사업 추진을 통해 ‘지역이 함께 키우는 교육공동체’ 실현에 뜻을 모았다.

Both institutions emphasized the importance of financial cooperation to guarantee students’ right to learn and to expand educational welfare. They agreed to continue joint discussions and promote collaborative projects to build an “education community nurtured together by the local region.”

#홍성봉 교육장은 “학생들의 행복한 배움과 성장, 그리고 학부모와 지역사회가 함께하는 교육환경 조성을 위해 지방자치단체와의 협력이 무엇보다 중요하다”며 “지역과 함께 성장하는 고성교육을 실현해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

Superintendent Hong Seong-bong stated, “Cooperation with local government is essential for creating an educational environment where students can learn and grow happily, alongside parents and the local community.” He added, “We will continue to develop education in Goseong that grows together with the region.”
