강원특별자치도, 제27회 율곡대상 수상자 선정

강원특별자치도(도지사 김진태)는 강원일보사, (사)율곡국학진흥원과 공동으로 제27회 율곡대상 수상자를 선정했다.

Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province (Governor Kim Jin-tae), in collaboration with the Gangwon Ilbo and the Yulgok Institute for Korean Studies Foundation, has announced the winners of the 27th Yulgok Award.

학술부문: 이영경 경북대학교 교수

Academic Category: Professor Lee Young-kyung, Kyungpook National University

공로부문: 덕수이씨 풍성군 종회(단체)

Merit Category: Deoksu Yi Clan Pungseong Branch Association (Organization)

수상자는 지난 9월 30일, 학계 전문가 6명으로 구성된 심사위원회의 엄정한 심사를 거쳐 확정됐다.

The recipients were finalized on September 30 after a rigorous review by a six-member selection committee composed of academic experts.

율곡대상은 1999년 제정되어 율곡 이이 선생의 학문적 업적을 기리고 ‘무실역행’ 정신을 계승하기 위해 매년 학술·공로 부문에서 각각 1명을 선정한다.

Established in 1999, the Yulgok Award honors the scholarly achievements of Master Yulgok Yi I and upholds his spirit of “Mushil-yeokhaeng” (Sincerity and Practical Action), selecting one recipient each year in the academic and merit categories.

학술부문 수상자인 이영경 교수는 윤리사상과 인성교육 등 율곡사상 연구에서 탁월한 성과를 거두고 학문 저변 확대에 기여한 공로를 인정받았다.

Professor Lee Young-kyung was recognized for her outstanding contributions to the study of Yulgok’s philosophy, ethics, and character education, significantly expanding research in the field.

공로부문 수상자인 덕수이씨 풍성군 종회는 후손으로서 시대를 앞선 개혁적 세계관과 인성 중심 리더십 프로그램을 꾸준히 추진한 공로를 인정받았다.

The Deoksu Yi Clan Pungseong Branch Association was honored for its continuous promotion of a progressive worldview and character-centered leadership programs, carrying forward Yulgok’s reformist spirit.

시상식은 10월 26일 오전 11시 30분, 강릉 율곡국학연구원 강당에서 열린다.

The award ceremony will be held at 11:30 a.m. on October 26 at the Yulgok Institute for Korean Studies Auditorium in Gangneung.
