On September 26 (Fri), the Gangwon Talent Development Institute (President Kim Hak-chul, hereafter “the Institute”) held a “Cultural Empathy Talk” at the Lee Sang-won Art Museum in Chuncheon, bringing together the president and MZ generation staff members.
The event was designed to bridge the gap between generations and nurture a warmer organizational culture. Through art as a medium, participants shared stories and built empathy in a relaxed and open atmosphere.
After appreciating artworks together, participants naturally engaged with one another, followed by a brown bag meeting. During this session, they exchanged open and sincere conversations on topics such as ▲organizational culture ▲ways of working ▲and intergenerational understanding.
President Kim Hak-chul remarked, “It was a truly meaningful time to connect with our employees through culture and art,” adding, “The Institute will continue to foster a healthy organizational culture where the MZ generation and all staff members feel a sense of belonging and grow together.”
